We stayed in 106 - it was a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the back corner of the building. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen had nice appliances and was very well equipped including a small washer and dryer in the laundry closet. It had a nice TV in the living area and...

I made reservations for 2 1/2 months out yet the full amount of reservation was immediately charged to my account which was not disclosed upon reserving! I cancelled within 24 hours because I wasn't prepared for all of the money to immediately leave my account and was told I would have to pay 15% cancellation fee! I still do not...

We recently stayed in Etta Place One with our two kids. Maybe we are used to bigger accomodations in Durango, CO for the same price, but we were disappointed with both the size and the upkeep of the condo in which we stayed. The condo was out of date and musty smelling. The condo's proximity to Lift 8 was nice;...

This is the place you dream of owning and pinch yourself that you get to stay in! Wonderful place to stay in Telluride. A great location at the base of lift 7 about 100 yards away. Walk out the front door and hop on the bus with the stop just across the street. The views are amazing! The steam shower...

Clean and comfortable. About a 2 minute walk to lift 7, so essentially ski in/ski out. Also, a short 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurunts. One minor problem with the heat not working properly, but the maintenance person arrived within an hour of our call and fixed things immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo with a view of the ski run. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Clean and fresh smelling. We were a party of 8 and we did not feel cramped in. TV and internet worked well. Staff was very friendly and showed us around our condo and made sure we were satisfied when we checked in. This location is easy access to...

This condo was perfect for our family of five. It was perfectly clean, loaded with top notch appliances and amenities. It appeared to be brand new. We could walk right out to the pool and hot tub. Our kids enjoyed the pool but the hot tub wasn't always hot or working. The gondola was about 8 minutes away, walking by...

Etta Place Too worked out very well for us. Peter was there to meet us on arrival as our concierge, which was a very nice touch. He had a lot of useful information. The view from the condo is great. Lift 7 is only about 100 yards away. There is easy access to the mountain from that lift, but the...

Note -- ResortQuest no longer exists. They've gone out of business which is a good thing as their service was terrible. The unit we stayed in this year is managed by Accommodations in Telluride, a small, hands on company. We hear that many guests avoid the west end of town but don't understand why. Telluride is a small town. One...
