The Cyprus Inn is a lovely wee bar, we were warmly welcomed by the locals who recommended the best places to eat and/or order in from as we were staying in the nearby Log Cabins. The pub itself is small warm and cosy and I would have happily spent hours in it.

We visited this pub the day before Easter, during the evening: it's very small and cozy, the atmosphere is amazing, and owners are so friendly (they gave us an Easter egg because we hadn't one!!)! You can book a room if you want to sleep.

Our room was comfy and clean, I was surprised as to how much they had been able to pack in to such a tiny room, the en suite worked well. There was little noise form the bar and it had no effect on our sleep. The bar was as you would expect with some real ales on offer. The hosts,...

Enjoyed a 2 night stay in November. Andy and Jean were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The bar was busy for most of the day with locals who seemed happy to join me in with their conversations. If your staying Bed 'n' Breakfast - beware! The breakfast is HUGE! I had to ask for a cut...

I visited the Cyprus Inn for the first time with a group of about a dozen friends on a Sunday afternoon after a long walk. We had drinks, coffees, teas and snacks. The public bar was busy with locals so we seated ourselves in the lounge. The staff were very wecoming and helpful, serving us at our table.

There was 6 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, so much so, that we have booked for next year. Thank you to you both, your...

Great overnight stop at this Back Street pub/inn. Warm welcome, friendly service, impeccably clean room. Homemade steak pie was a major treat (wished I'd ordered mash instead of chips though when I saw the mounds of fluffy white clouds on my friends' plates!) and the breakfast was of titanic proportions! Everything perfectly cooked and hot of the stove . Can't...
