Detailed Reviews
he B & B is set in a quaint location, we found the rooms to be of exceptional standard (very large, clean with good selection of extra's tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits, a hairdryer and hot water bottle in the drawers) our room The Yarborough Suite offered a lovely view over the beautiful country garden. The owners were very helpfull and instantly made us at home. There was a variety of choices for cooked and continetal breakfasts which were presented and cooked to a high standard.
Having such a nice retreat to sleep and dine in at our leaisure ensured we had a really pleasant stay whilst in the area.

What a gem of a B&B! A warm and friendly welcome from Jo, who showed me to my room and brought fresh milk so I could make a cup of tea, and a bottle of chilled filtered water which was just what I needed on such a warm day. The room (Brocklesby) was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. My friend stayed in the Yarborough Suite, which was also fantastic. The breakfast menu was provided on arrival so I could choose what I wanted the evening before, and select a time. This meant that it was ready quickly when I went to the breakfast room and the food was all excellent. Good quality produce, cooked to perfection. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again next time.
(PS. A good evening meal was available from The Sutton Arms pub just down the road, which does great food.)

We stayed at The Old Parsonage for 5 days recently and were most impressed by the imposing house and its period charm. Hosts Jo and Bruce were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble to them. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable after our days out visiting family and other attractions nearby. The breakfasts are amazing with plenty of choices on offer. The owners go that extra mile to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend The Old Parsonage if you are thinking of staying in Lincolnshire and we will definately be returning.

A beautiful old house tastefully converted to a delightful b &b, the owners, Jo and Bruce, are lovely, friendly, thoughtful people who pay great attention to detail. The room (The Yarborough Suite) was beautiful, overlooking the garden, superb decor and had an enormous bathroom. Breakfast was scrumptious with lots of choices. Cannot recommend highly enough, we will most certainly return to this gem of a place.

A wonderful B & B. The owners aim for excellence in every aspect. I had two nights there and thoroughly enjoyed my stay; my room was beautiful and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and plentiful. The owners were very helpful, they picked me up when I got lost on arrival and dropped me off at the train station on my departure. Would thoroughly read commend.

We found the Old Parsonage purely by chance. Our son lives in N Lincs and passes it regularly and when our usual hotel was unavailable, we tried other accommodation, which was not suitable. Having done some research for us our son advised us to try this. So on our recent trip north to visit him we booked in for four nights and were absolutely delighted! The property is full of character, the room was beautifully presented, very large with plenty of space to relax in. Comfortable bed, very large shower and shower room, and the breakfasts were all top drawer. Jo and Bruce were very welcoming and looked after us brilliantly. In fact we liked it so much we have booked to stay there for our next visit north in November, and booked another room for our Daughter and her family too!!

This B&B is run by a lovely old couple who take good care of the place.
Breakfast is very well made and they are always asking if you're alright and what not.
The beds are also quite good, I fell asleep really easy.
Would really recommend the place!

A very warm welcoming from the host. Shown to room, explained about breakfast and local restaurants for evening meals. Great room and comfy bed, I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was superb, cooked to perfection and really hot served on a hot plate - first class and I would definately return.

Excellent service, Jo and Bruce were great hosts. Breakfast had a wide variety of choice and was perfect. Every need was met I asked for feather pillows and an iron which both were supplied. The room was well kept, clean and tidy. We would happily stay again.
