"Our new guest rooms are the most luxurious, well appointed, and technologically advanced in New Haven."
Only the "in New Haven" might save the New Haven Hotel from false-advertising claims.

The hotel has big rooms with all amenities you might need, The gym is small but it has everything for you to keep your healthy routine. I enjoyed very much. We were a large group of people to arrive for a global business week and...More
Previous stay was excellent, this one less so. Parking and reception very good, room comfortable and attractive, but bath has virtually no towel drying area and TV offered only one broadcast channel, even after tech came to debug it. And no internet connection either. Price...More
Wanted to stay in downtown close to Yale and restaurants. Great location with parking garage across the street for just $22 which for downtown overnight is not bad. We walked a couple blocks to a wide variety of restaurants. Felt very safe at hotel and...More

Hi George. I'm not sure which pictures you are referring to, but if someone posted pictures of bed bugs from this hotel, I can't attest to their presence or absence. I didn't see bed bugs or signs of bed bugs when I was there. Because NYC can be a source of infestation, I imagine that any hotel frequented by people coming from NYC will get them from time to time. I habitually check mattresses for spots and blood stains (signs of bedbug infestation) when I'm traveling anywhere near NYC, and I didn't see any during my stay. That doesn't mean there aren't any. I just can't speak to it.
The New Haven Hotel is located about a half mile from Union Station. It would be about a 15 minute walk however we would recommend a taxi. Thank you.
