My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay at this beautifully renovated and characterful farm house. Mary was extremely welcoming and friendly and her cooked breakfast was delicious. We were impressed with the attention to detail and overall charm of the house and its location is perfect for a short drive to Mystic and lovely Stonnington (try Noah's restaurant...

We just returned from three nights at this B & B. John and Mary are very nice and hospitable. There are always cookies and candy available, but no tea in the evenings, which we would have liked. One warning. They have a cat that roams around the house and grounds, and I wish I had known, as I am allergic....

We stayed here 3 nights for our anniversary. We chose this B&B because it was a true old farmhouse. The original wide plank wood floors are incredible. Not much is square in the house & that adds to the charm. The Inn is convenient to Mystic, Stonington, wineries, the beach, Westerly, RI & many other places. Mary & Jon are...

If you read some of our other reviews for the Inn you will see a pattern of incredibly bad weather following us. Hurricanes, blizzards, etc. seem to know when we will be visiting. NOT THIS TIME. This is our eighth visit to Mary and Jon. This time it was to see the Charles Morgan leave Mystic seaport on her 38th...

If you want to stay somewhere where the owners have stamped charm and personality all over it, this is the place to go. Not only are the rooms comfortable with all mod-cons (depending how you classify it, but certainly enough for us!), the facilities and public rooms (library/sitting room and dining room) are delightful. The owners have clearly put a...

My husband and I spent one night in the Deacon Gray room and absolutely adored every moment of our stay at the Inn at Lower Farm. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Jon, one the owners (We later met his wife Mary who was also super friendly!). He gave us a tour of dining area and the common...

This was the perfect little old farm house, in the best location! Gorgeous old house with modern amenities. You feel right at home when you walk in. It is a quick 5 minute drive from Foxwoods Casino - yet far enough away from all the craziness! Mary and Jon were so hospitable and cooked a delicious homemade breakfast. I hope...

This was our seventh stay with Mary and Jon so you already know we love it here. This time we came to enjoy the Lantern Light Tours at the Mystic Seaport for a pre-Christmas break. You are 10 minutes from Interstate 95 and 200 years from the rest of the world. A four day, long weekend was our plan. Visit...

This B&B was spectacular. The home, built in the 1700's, is decorated in period furnishings and bursts with charm. The grounds are beautiful and spacious, and just beckon you to explore. The back porch and the hammock in the back yard also seem to call out to come sit or swing for a spell. Our room was comfortable and welcoming...

First visit to Mystic and what a wonderful place to stay. The old farmhouse has been lovingly restored and maintained. We were able to relax and enjoy the grounds, which we would highly recommend. There is a fine assortment of attractions and restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The breakfasts were homemade and delicious!

“The Deacon Gray room was lovely. If we come back in the summer we would probably choose one of the smaller rooms only because prices go up during high season. I'm sure all of the rooms are great!”
