We noted the mixed reviews for the Mythos with some trepidation, but upon our arrival we were reassured. We like simple, home-style places to stay and the Mythos met our requirements. After a bit of trouble finding the place (our GPS had trouble with Turkish addresses), we were welcomed very warmly by our hostess and shown to a very clean...

I have stayed at Mythos Hotel in Ayvalik only one night, amazing view and great service. I wish I could have stayed more. Breakfast was amazing, all breakfast jams were hand made, chocolate strawberries OMG. Best part was cold beer with amazing sunset. I strongly recommend hotel and restaurant. I will go back definetly.

Price /quality is the worst we ever had on our trip troughout Turkey. Anyone will see that the opinions of European travellers are righout a disaster for this place. In addition, I had written a negative comment on our stay and this had been removed after a couple of weeks just leaving the good opinions for travellers to read. Rooms...

Run on the opposite direction if you are tempted to book into this hotel (unless desesperate). This is not a hotel but rooms in a private old fashioned home. The comments you can read below must have been made by friends of the owner. Trip Advisor should launch an enquiry because something is wrong here. The hotel does not stick...

Upon checking out our guests preferred to pay the hotel bill by credit card. Although in our hotel the regular room prices are quoted in Euro the guests were incorrectly charged in Turkish Lira by the mistake of our front desk officer. Since the Euro conversion rate to Turkish Lira was 1 : 2,35 at that time, our guest have...

Location is not directly in Cunda but outside the nice part of the village. For 150 euros ..no drink water in the room, nobody...

We stayed here late October on the recommendation of another Butik hotel owner whose property was full. Located less than 50 metres from the sea, a 10 minute walk to the centre and the famous Greek Taverna which we also visited. We were greeted by a wonderful couple who were attentive but not overbearing. We slept in, didnt expect breakfast,...
