Hotel Blue is a great find in Lewes. It is walking distance to the charming "downtown" area of Lewes as well as the beach. Our room was spacious and the fireplace made for instant romance. The 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby was very convenient for us early risers. We have recommended this hotel to several friends since we...

We just stayed at Hotel Blue for a couple of nights The room was wonderful. Spacious, and very relaxing. It was a first floor room, with a koi pond outside the suite window. A nice touch was the gas fireplace that heated the whole room. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed midweek early June. Wanted to stay in Rehoboth but town was VERY crowded so we drove a short distance to a far better spot. Hotel Blue is upscale but casual and very restful. Best bed I've slept in for a very long time. Room was quiet and had some very cool lighting details, a fireplace in every room and...

This was our 3rd stay at Hotel Blue. We stayed in a premier 1-bedroom suite with fireplace -- spacious living area with separate bedroom. The owners left a bottle of champagne in the room for us for our anniversary! The room was especially inviting because of the fireplace, which filled the room with a warm glow. The decorating is beautiful...

Just spent the weekend at Hotel Blue and had a wonderful, relaxing time! The hotel is small, but the rooms were very nicely sized, and we stayed in one of the tower rooms. Had quite a bit of space, nicely furnished and comfy. The bed was very comfortable, and the views from the windows and deck were terrific. The location...

We have stayed at the Hotel Blue many times and always enjoy the large rooms, whimsical touches and the convenience of walking to the restaurants and shops on Second Street. This is an adult hotel, with a small pool on the roof. Good coffee in the lobby but you have to go in town for breakfast.

Was in Lewes, Delaware on business and the staff at Hotel Blue arranged for one night for me even though they have a two night minimum. I explained to Jim who answered the phone what my situation was and he was very helpful and accommodating and he explained to me that my room would not be ready until 3:00PM which...

We stayed here in mid September. The hotel is great. We had a room overlooking the canal. Decorated differently, but tastefully. Great beds, great view, terrific room with a fireplace. Clean, well maintained and quiet, since it's only adults -- which is wonderful. Pool on the roof was a welcome place to cool off. Restaurants are nearby and if you...

What a perfect way to spend a chilly, wet weekend with the one you love but to curl up in front of your private fireplace, wrapped in s silky, satin robe (provided with room), enjoying a nice glass of wine. The Hotel Blue is a very nicely appointed, comfortable hotel with upscale decor. IF you are there for swimming, the...

After staying at Lancaster, PA's, Lancaster Arts Hotel, and Burlington, VT's, Hotel Vermont, two upscale "boutique" hotels, my wife and I looked forward to comparing Lewes' Hotel Blue to them. The other two hotels are large, comparatively, and are restorations of solid, old buildings, with lots of art, wood and metal, lots of bricks and hip, modern touches. Hotel Blue...
