We go to the Blue Gator, same business, good food, drinks, sometimes live music. I am just letting you know that the old hotel was ripped down, they are building a new one, not sure of the date of completion.

Ask to see your room before you plunk down any money! We paid for two nights and when we saw the room we asked for our money back.We were told that was not going to happen. The manager refused to credit my card. The toilet was nasty and had a crack in it. For the shower it is just a pipe... More

We were there for just one night before tubing down the Rainbow River and needed a cheap place to stay. This place was PERFECT for partying since the EXTRA yummy Blue Gator restaurant (which is on the river & scenic) and bar were attached and we could crawl from there back to our rooms! They messed up our room order,... More

It's an older hotel but clean. we stayed in room 2 the bed was not on bricks and the carpet and floor were clean. The blue gator restaurant makes parking crazy but the staff was great at making sure we always had a spot. Having the restaurant next to the hotel is convenient. The boat rentals are reasonable and the... More

It's not a 5 star resort, obviously. We were in room 1 over 4th of July weekend, the floor was dirty, the bed held up with bricks, very old furnishings. But it was fun. The boys running the show, Cooter, John, and Brandon were the best. They even had a pretty good fireworks show right over the river. Blue Gator... More

My husband and I love this place. We have our vaca home in Dunnellon and we almost always stop here. The food I'd great, atmosphere is great, drinks are great, love sitting with and meeting new people..... but they keep booking this awful band named "R Style". Who's style? The first time I heard this band I HAD TO ASK... More

My girlfriends and I recently stayed at Angler's for 5 days. We were looking for something affordable close to the tubing and Rainbow River State Park. The location was perfect. The owner and staff went out of their way daily to make sure we had a good time. Just a few things they did extra for us was: making a... More

The service was amazing here. Also they have a great restaurant. Located right on the river. Me and my friends had a lot of fun at this place. The staff went out of their way to make us feel right at home.

We spent three days here just to get away and enjoy some time alone. It was everything we hoped for and more. We rented a boat one day and just took a slow cruise on the river enjoying the water and the wildlife. The room was nice and clean reusing older furniture which I liked in this throw away world.... I have a language school in Tampa, Florida and I take students from all over the world to Angler's Inn for a fun memorable experience. It is not luxury, it is meant to be a rustic experience. you can walk across the parking lot, have a snack usually live music played by locals, rent boats and fishing tackle then spend... More
