Unbelievable. From the door. Old building, musty smells, rickety elevator. Rude staff in the cafeteria (it is NOT a restaurant). Our "server" (it's a buffet) took my wife's coffee without asking to get us to leave b/c she was ready for us to leave. Food was not hot, and obviously re-heated cheap stuff. The beds here are old and full...

Ramada Plaza is not the nicest hotel, very dated old dirty carpet in our room and the furniture was from the 60's i'm sure. The buffet was terrible we were there 3 days and the breckfast never changed the same food in the exact same location. the first night the buffet had chinese food and day 3 the exact same...

Don't stay here. Room keys had to be replaced every day, bathroom faucet handles broken and well as the tub. Shower was a flexible hose. Carpeting was dirty, internet was intermitent. Wall corners were chipped. Haven't been painted in years. Buffet was unappetizing. Never ate there. Pool and hot tub were the only things that worked properly.

Rude at front desk, brushed off by manager (and I have good status with the brand), dirty room and horrid food. Tiki bar outside was nice but horribly understocked. Yes it's cheap, but there is clearly a reason why. Spend a little more and stay somewhere comfortable and safe.

Stayed nights of 8 & 9 March. Got woke up about 10PM by someone opening door & turning on lights then leaving immediately then again at 1:30 AM but this time caught the person (it was the night manager who said we were in the wrong room (this was the 2nd night). This was totally uncalled for and not even...

I had read reviews of this place prior to my visit and was apprehensive to say the least. My friend and I arrived in the afternoon and checked in smoothly. We stayed here for a couple of days while awaiting our cruise to the Bahamas. We had vouchers for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I thought that the buffet was good....

I've read the reviews and to tell the truth I was very very freaked out before we got here Tuesday. We've went on the stupid timeshare tour which I do not recommend at all. If you're set on a timeshare buy someone else's for pennies and the yearly dues. Recycle/reuse😊 Now for the hotel. As I said I was concerned...
