We stayed at the Soleado Hotel for 3 nights for a long weekend getaway from the cold in Michigan. After reading all the reviews here, my husband and I decided to try out this hotel, as it seemed like a kind of "diamond in the rough" type place for a 3-4 star hotel. And we feel the good reviews were...

We stayed here for a week and it was just ok. Before I booked, I called to asked whether there was a room available on the second floor. I was told yes, however I didn't not get one when I checked in. In fact we got the worst room, where people would literally sit outside our window while we were...

Fab in every way except that AC noise is a problem for light sleepers. Lovely people managing the place, comfortable rooms, outdoor sitting area, 2 blocks from the beach and one block to a friendly place offering great food and beer/wine. It's a refurbished 60s style motel but carefully renovated. Rooms include kitchens and welcome snack basket.

The owner/manager was very friendly. He showed us the unit and made sure it was comfortable for us. We were so impressed with the size and decorating of our unit. Lots of room and well equipped. We will definitely return when we are able to spend more time.

We had 1 night post cruise to do laundry and chill before heading off the following day. The pool area was perfect to just un wind with a beverage after doing laundry just around the road. The room was quite nice and rather roomy and we found this place to be ideal for us.

Got this as a last minute getting out of town trip. Booked thru hotels.com. They honored the reservation and price before they had confirmation. This is a family owned business that lives on property. Extremely friendly with a quick check in. They took my party to our room to give us a tour. ( I don't think I've ever had...

Enjoyed the corner apt. It is very roomy, clean and in a quite location. Recently remodeled. Has a nice little kitchen so you don't have to eat every meal on a restaurant. Publix (grocery store) within walking distance. A block from the beach, conveniently located between Las Olas and Sunrise Blvd.
