Very much enjoyed our two nights at Saul Farm. We had the annexe which has a handy kitchenette with a fridge - it does buzz in the night though. There is a really good Nespresso machine and pods. Cereal and milk. The bathroom downstairs is big and has a huge jacuzzi bath which was useful. No separate shower (although there is definitely room for one) but the bath has a shower attachment anyway so you can still shower that way. Weather was sweltering and so the upstairs bedroom was also very hot for sleeping which was a pity. Was tempting to sleep downstairs in the bath! 😄 Would like to go back in more average weather! Bed was a bit on the firm side for me but not too bad. Breakfast in the farmhouse was fabulous. Prepare to be filled up! Area is really peaceful and was nice just to sit and read with the door and windows open. Feels secluded. Really lovely.

Staying for one night, Bindy met us upon arrival (along with the two doggies), making us feel comfortable and allowing us to find out what was nearby.

We stayed in the main house and the room was spacious, clean and had a coffee machine along with fresh milk in a mini-fridge. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The bathroom was the standout feature, it was a huge area with a stand-alone bath and walk in shower.

Breakfast was good quality and you will not go hungry.

A quiet village with a couple of pubs nearby, you really can’t go wrong. Bindy is a fantastic host and super friendly.

This place fully warrants the reviews as unconventional it may be, in so much as you are located outside the main building up exterior stairs and the bathroom is down internal stairs.
The jacuzzi is also located in the bathroom and we enjoyed it on more than one occasion over the weekend. Bindy was the perfect host, friendly but not obtrusive, and served up a wonderful full English breakfast complete with toast, cereal and fruit. Coffee maker in room was appreciated and whilst the tv was modest in size and channels the location is much more attractive.
Would recommend 100% and can see us returning here too.

We stayed at Saul Farm on 15th September - just the one night as we were attending a family wedding nearby. We had a very warm welcome and the two rooms we had booked were attractive, clean and well-appointed. The bathrooms are pretty but have no showers due to the position of low ceiling beams - but the baths are luxurious. We had an excellent full English breakfast as well as fresh berries, yogurt and muesli. All in all I don’t think I could fault our stay. My only comment would be that elderly or slightly infirm people might struggle a bit with the two top rooms which we occupied as the staircase is pretty steep. I would recommend this B&B unreservedly.

Another great stay at Saul Farm. Bindy is very accommodating. Very comfortable bed and great duvet and pillows too! Lovely bath. (Just lacked a shower attachment so washing hair is a bit of a challenge but where there is a will... Oh and do take a hair dryer!) Tea, hot chocolate and nespresso coffee provided with proper milk in the mini fridge. Breakfast was beautiful and filling. All in all another lovely stay. Definitely intend to return.

Stayed in the annexe, very warm and cosy as was winter and very cold outside but you wouldn't know it. revved the jacuzzi up, put the telly on and got Chinese takeaway from up the road also with good reviews on trip advisor washed down with a cold beer! what's not to like? Highlight of the stay was the outstanding breakfast.
Nice place run by nice people.
Will be returning when in need next time.

Great comms from Bindy before and our room was ok, bed a bit small, bathroom tremendous with huge walk in shower, needs curtains that block out more light! Breakfast good though not too much cultivation a shared table. Pleasant rural village venue, local pubs within a mile, and a few walks about. Priced well.

We had a lovely overnight stay at this spotlessly clean and comfortable B & B, and a delicious breakfast in the morning.
The Hosts are very friendly and welcoming.
It was very quiet and peaceful at Saul farm.

We stayed here on our way to Cornwall and it was so lovely. Bindy was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the self-sufficient room above the stable and it was ideal. It’s located perfectly for little walks around beautiful Saul and to the pub! Bindy made a fab breakfast for us too. Would recommend!

Despite arriving late in the evening, the hosts made me feel very welcome and ushered me to an enormous bedroom housing a super king bed, large flat screen tv and nespresso coffee machine.

All very impressive but it is the bathroom which will take your breath away and is quite simply one of the most luxurious I have ever seen with automatic led lighting, underfloor heating, roll top bath, large walk-in shower...

This is tremendous value and it's clear from the surroundings that Bindy and Rob have invested significant time and money to ensure they can offer a luxurious experience to all travellers. Thank you both!
