Our friends from Illinois have been vacationing there for years and we decided to join them in 2018 and we have booked for 2019. Very clean, nice people, parking for 1 car per room. We had a great time spending one week on the sand...More
Resort is a bit outdated and could use some remodeling, however the owners Jeff and Ken go above and beyond in providing a great service experience. I had to call one night super late because my key fell off the key holder and could not...More
Great view, great rooms. Could use a little repair work as some of the tiles are a little loose and the inside doors don't close completely. However, the rooms are very clean and the pool is nice. The beach is just a step out the...More

The pull out sofa bed is standard wire spring frame. My son said it's the same feel as what we have at home. eh I imagine 2 boys 7 and 10 will make it work, but the single room is small. My recommendation is the 2 room unit. 2 boys in the bed will work and you'll enjoy not walking g out and into a pull out sofa bed.
Enjoy your time there and walk northbound to the Sandbar. Be sure to visit 2 scoops for ice cream, break fast (waffles) and dinner (chili dogs).
Don't bother with the public beach unlimited breakfast it was mediocre at best.
Every room has a Weber grill. you can get stuff at Dollar Tree, and charcoal at Publix.
I'm jealous enjoy the area it's my favorite FL place.
