Had a really great stay for a 4 day weekend at The Banyan Resort. Location was perfect. Though we didn't really use it, it was very nice to have the full kitchen space with a fridge (that got used). Front porch to sit and people watch was great. You definitely get street noise, after all, its in the hear of...

We have tried many different accommodations in Key West in the past. Banyan is our new favorite. It's a group of old homes tied together by a common backyard with pools, hot tub and tiki bar. Not fancy but clean and friendly.

Our family stayed 2 nights and loved the hotel. The location is great. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the pools, hot tub and tiki bar in December! We walked to everything we wanted to do and it was great to have parking spots.

This historic place really adds to this funky town's Caribbean feel. Really cool yard, pool and bar (being re done during my visit), but the enormous banyan trees that surround the colonial buildings is the real treat. Be sure to rent one of their bikes to explore during the day but bring it back before happy hour turns into the...

This small time share resort is just 1 block off Duval tucked back in a grove of Banyan trees. Old three story homes were converted into studio, one and two bedroom units. New construction units filled in empty spaces. Each unit is unique in shape and size but all have full kitchens. The units were fully remodeled with new flooring,...

After returning to Key West to celebrate our twentieth anniversary, we stayed at the Banyan Resort (as we did twenty years prior). Our room was very clean, the staff is very accomodating and the location is incredible. We rented bikes from the resort and biked the island. We enjoyed our strolls to the Hemingway House, Mallory Square and Duval Street...

My family has been coming to this resort for many, many years and it is always a great place to stay for the week! And if you are a first time visitor you should walk down the street and hop on the ghost tours that runs at night, it is pretty fun.

We were two couples visiting Key West for two days with a side trip out to Ft. Jefferson and the Dry Tortugas National Wildlife Refuge. When we originally made hotel reservations for Key West way back in June, there were no openings at the Banyan, so we reserved two rooms at the Doubletree, which is further out and at a...

This year there was construction at the Banyan of a new Tiki bar. It has disrupted the social activity, the pool and the ambiance of the gardens.. I understand that delays in permitting form the city of Key West has caused this project to drag out longer than it should have. Too bad a city that has tourism and tourist...

How they took a square block of old victorian houses and turned them into one resort. Updated with great decor. Full kitchen, private porches and 2 pools one adult only! Walking distance to a lot of the islands sights. You will not be disappointed. If we are ever back to Key West this will be where we stay!
