Checked in yesterday and service was fine but not overly friendly and has gone downhill quickly. Cassandra at the front desk was extremely rude and practically comatose when we needed to resolve a key issue. Then grabbed breakfast from the coffee bar and the service was practically nonexistent and it took way longer than it should. I will say the...

What a wonderful place Cheeca Lodge and Spa is! Beautiful grounds and clean accommodations. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Activities and relaxation, your choice. Restaurants on the premises were fantastic. The Lodge was highly recommended by friends and we weren't disappointed. We'll pass the word along to others.

We were treated to lunch at the patio restaurant, with elegant waitpersons, cloth napkins, heavy flatware and superb cuisine. Walking around the property we noticed the fabulous landscaping, extremely well maintained. All the amenities were first class.

This is a beautiful property- a few things they need to improve however. First we were guaranteed a water view room when we booked. I went to the front desk to address this and was told I could move rooms but would have to pay $150 extra per night. Frankly we should have been moved at no charge. They claim...

We stayed at Cheeca for 3 nights before heading to Key West, it was myself, my husband and 2 kids. Once we pulled in I knew it was going to be a great visit. The grounds are beautiful and from the front entrance you can see the ocean and pier. We had a great time on the kayaks, seeing the...

Cheeca Lodge is our absolute favorite place to stay in the Keys. My husband and I try to escape to this gem a couple of times a year and it NEVER disappoints! From the wonderful attention that Nenad gave us upon checking in to the wonderful service of Jean, our waiter at Atlantics for breakfast two mornings in a row,...

Cheeca Lodge was a perfect getaway for our 2-night girls getaway. From the moment we entered the lodge we were greeted by smiling staff and gorgeous views. Chris welcomed us to the lodge and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The free shuttle service was wonderful as were drivers Matt and Bruce. The stand-up paddle...

Recently stayed at this property in the last month and am going back soon! Great location, just 1.5 hours from Miami. Old world class charm. Service was perfect, food was exceptional. Staff on beach was very helpful, as we were there for a fishing trip! And they delivered. Property is great with family and adult sections, golf, pools, spa, and...

Check in was slow and we did not check in till 4 on the dot! Cassandra helped us when we first came in. She was NOT nice, never smiled and should not be greeting guest. In fact she should not be in the hospitality business at all! Dadrian helped us with the rest of our check in and she was...

The Cheeca Lodge is a great family resort on our favorite Key. The pools are wonderful, yet many times crowded. The pier was our favorite, with afternoons spent fishing with the pelicans. The outdoor breakfast was very good. We ate at the hotel two nights but also explored the area and found some fun, casual and funky places to eat....
