    Comfortable and Friendly
    The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was especially nice with premium bedding. The staff was friendly and helpful providing local information and restaurant discounts. Breakfast was basic but good.

    Are you located in a safe area that we can leave our packed car without worrying about it?
    We will be staying a week in the Painted Desert room later this month. Where is it located? Is it upstairs or downstairs? Does it have a balcony or view? We stayed in the Scarlet O'Hara room 2 years ago. Had an amazing time at beautiful Southern Cross. Looking forward to visiting again.

We do have 5 floors an 2 elevators. All our rooms are suites. There is no balcony. Please give us your confirmation number so that i can pull up your reservation.     We do apologize. The hotel is not pet friendly. Our management has another hotel days inn on I-75 which is pet friendly.
