This is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff are so kind and helpful. Gio at the beach, Tabitha at the front desk, Jennifer at the beach, and the gentleman in the hotel gift shop have all been extremely friendly and accommodating. It has a true personal feel here. It is also very clean and neat. Even during a busy holiday...

After traveling to Miami dozens of times and staying at a bevy of hotels on the beach, I have to place Nautilus high on my list! The accommodations along with the cool vibe are really compelling, but I'd have to say the staff attentiveness is among the best if not the best in Miami Beach! Melody, at the front desk,...

I never write reviews on Trip Advisor, but I wanted to share my great experience at the Nautilus. We stayed there last month while in town for a conference and had such a great time that we didn't want to leave. Our room was amazing and the kitchen was also very good -- putting out great lunches and breakfast. The...

My wife and I just stayed here for 5 nights during our wedding weekend as we got married in Miami (Nautilus was our "home base" / room block hotel) - we also had our rehearsal dinner and brunch at the hotel. We checked in to the room, and was greeted by a letter from the GM of the hotel saying that the pool will not be accessible due to party. Having relied on pool rest, and having not been able to make it due to Music week party, we took a stroll to the beach, and found out that sunbeds and...

After spending a week on a cruise we stayed an extra 2 nights at this hotel for my 21st birthday. Nice hotel, very close to the beach, however it is quite run down. Our air conditioning unit was broken and very noisy and we weren't able to turn it off. The walls are VERY VERY thin! And we had a...
