This is a trendy hotel, located south of South Beach. The rooms are incredible! and love the bathroom and amenities! spacious, modern, discrete! The rooftop is beautiful! with a long and narrow pool and few cabanas. I use it once to capture the sunset over the city of Miami. Love it! Wifi works really well. Valet parking is expensive, and...

My husband and I traveled here recently and were treated with top notch service from the moment we pulled up to the curb. Our room had a great view (of the street activities) from the balcony and the rooftop was an excellent place to unwind in the afternoon and evening (also had it to ourselves). We dined at Prime Fish...

We fell in love with this hotel, only 14 rooms and I can tell they know you by name, and we were only there for one night. From valet to front desk, no complaints, always willing to help with a friendly face. Having to go through the restaurant to get to the hotel elevator was not a major issue as...

The location of this hotel could not have been more perfect. Room was a great size, considering we had 4 girls sleeping in one room. I was hoping for a nice pool we could utilize but it was VERY tiny. Overall, it was a good stay if you're looking for something modest and trendy.

The Prime Hotel had us wheel our luggage through the very crowded Prime 112 steakhouse to get to the elevator, which was through the kitchen/bar area of the steakhouse. There is no lobby area, you are literally getting barreled over by waiters and busboys as you are trying to check in. No way is this a four star hotel experience....

I would rather stay at the Bates Hotel. This is a bate and switch situation, there are 2 properties and NO PHOTOS of one of them, including the room we were assigned to.While approaching the Hotel Manager about this she, who also doubled as the Restaurant Manager, she rudely informed us that she was too busy to deal with hotel...

The hotel charged me USD 100 after my stay. They did not mention nor specify it at check out. According to the hotel we had emptied the minibar 1,5 times which we of course had not. Long aftermath and the hotel did not at all take my information into consideration. Very poor customer care.

Spent a weekend at the Prime. Decor is modern highlighting simplicity and style reminiscent of our visits to Europe. Access to superb food and service while located at the southern edge of South Beach. Most appreciated was the procimity to the Prime Restaurants....Prime 112, Prime Fish, and Prime Italian. But be sure to walk around the block to Collins and...

Prime location, prime rooms, prime dining, and prime service. This hotel is a definite "must visit". Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend it for a nice beach vacation. There is so much to see and do nearby.

I spent a night at this hotel in Miami. They have only 14 rooms and that is great. The desk staff greets you by name, made great suggestions and provide the most awesome white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies. The place is tastefully decorated and very clean. The only drawback is their lack of storage space to hold your items...

“Room 8 (third floor) is a corner suite facing NE. Bright and large, but with considerable street noise when you leave the doors open. The neighbourhood is generally noisy during the day, and the hotel is not a high tower so not much that you can do about that (it doesn't get any quieter if you move closer to the restaurant/bar action on Ocean Drive).”
