This was the first time I've ever been to Miami and a friend recommended The Franklin Hotel to me. I was not disappointed. The staff was super nice and accommodating and since it's a smaller hotel, they're able to give you a lot of personalized attention. The rooms were newly renovated with a lot of nice modern finishes. My suite...

Really is for younger crowd. Call rooms minimalistic, but really should be 'broke college student - can't afford furniture!' It's quite sad for the older age group I suppose. Not comfortable at all. Checked in with some friends who paid for room so out of my hands. Was place to sleep and relax; was divorce party to go dancing and...

Dear B. Prokopis, Thank you very much for taking the time to rate your experience with us. We are happy you enjoyed our hotel’s convenient location and amenities. You have perfectly described our Superior Loft suite. Nothing like a fully equipped kitchen and a full size refrigerator to give a feeling of home away from home  It is always...

This was more of an apartment than hotel room. It had a kitchen and good size storage room. There was a bed separated by a screen, and the sofas converted into beds. The room/apartment was very clean and spacious. More facilities than we needed, ideal for a self-catering family. It's right in the middle of the nightlife, and close to...

200 yards from South Beach, in the thick of the night life. Good breakfast downstairs in the cafe below, although this turns into a very loud club in the evening. It does close at 2am so bearable, although the street is never quiet. Nice clean rooms, comfortably hosting a family of 4. Would recommend if you are able to sleep...

The rooms were super clean, comfortable, no mildew smell, and super huge room for SOBE. It's pretty noisy since your in the middle of the nightlife. Our hot water heater blew our 2nd night there....it took them about 4 hours to fix it and cut into our time. Although they did fix it they offered no apologies or comps....after about...

Nice location near Miami Beach fuzz. New and complete room with microwave, refrigerator and electric stove. I stayed with wife and 18 month baby. Enjoyed a lot, except by some nights cos noise from street. My baby was able to sleep well, but I would not recommend for others. If you are a couple with no baby, then go for...

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location can not be beat, it's at the corner of 9 and Collins, amazing. Two blocks from the beautiful beach and close to so many restaurants. I wish we had stayed longer because the hotel was outfitted with a full kitchen, huge fridge and dishwasher. The only downside to staying here was the location...
