Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed with our two kids for two nights - staff very very helpful and friendly - the receptionist especially nice - she was amazing we had a problem with the Ac in our room and got moved to another room - apart from that our rooms were clean and for the price we paid very acceptable - especially for the great location- we will be back this year - we can’t wait!

Arrived for 3 nights Sept 2018. Arrived at 12pm and was told we couldn’t check-in until 3 pm so left our luggage and went for lunch. We were told street parking was available but had to be redone every 4 hours so only other option was valet parking. Got charged $30 per night which I thought was extortionate. Should have had a drive around as it was being offered not far for only $10 per night. Small hotel with 12 rooms that are positioned next too and behind/in front of each other. Walls are paper thin so can hear every conversation/ noise. No pool but in an ok location for restaurants, bars, stores & chemists. Rooms had comfy beds and were clean. Microwave, safe (not sure if it was free) coffee maker, iron & ironing board, hairdryer table & chairs. Overall ok location but noisy.

Thank you for staying with us. We try to check our guest in the moment the unit is ready. Unfortunately, we could not do the early check in at 12 but we held your bags until it was ready. The average price for parking in South Beach is $40 we try to give you the best options available. Some places charge $15 but you pay for each time you use the lot instead of in and our service unlimited for 24/hrs. All of our amenities are included in our room and resort fee charge; you would not pay to use the safe. We do have some guest that can be noisy but we try to quickly address that to respect quiet hours for everyone.

Rooms were big and not crowded like in other places. Beds were nice and comfortable! Clean rooms! We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was down the street from the beach which was convenient. Definitely would come back.

This was short business stay for two nights. The check late at night was uneventful and I was directed to my king studio suite on the 2nd Floor. The guest room doors are external with a key code entry. Inside the studio it looked very clean and modern. There was a kitchenette with the bed nearby. The bathroom had glass doors with a rainfall shower. It was actually a very nice room for the price I paid (with service fee it was still under $100 night). However, the challenge came when it was time to sleep. The Art Deco inspired front door looked like a giant night light as the outside bright light filtered right in. As I am one that needs darkness to fall asleep and stay asleep, it was a rough night. In the morning, I went back down to the small reception office and spoke to Lourdes. She was very kind and offered an alternative room for my last night. That room ended up being much better as the bed was further in back of the studio away from the light filled door. The hotel is in a great location. If it wasn’t for the bright light coming through the room on the first night, this would have received 5 stars.

Thank you very much for your great feedback. We are looking into placing blackout shades for that door. We are glad we were able to better accommodate you and that you enjoyed the comfort of the hotel.

We booked 2 "apartments" and when we entered we were utterly disappointed. The reality is nothing like the photos and the customer service is genuinely terrible. It is a pathetic excuse for an apartment. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL.

Once again we apologize you did not enjoy your stay. In order to keep the hotel safe and quiet we asked for guest to be respectful of others and not smoke or party after quiet hours. Unfortunately, you were smoking in both units and partying late night to the point we had to get authorities involved so the rest of the hotel could have a peaceful sleep.

The boutique is within a short walking distance of South Beach, Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive and a 10 to 15 minute cab ride to downtown Miami. Our room wasn't very big, however; it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were checked out by a lovely girl called Alyssa although I'm sure she spelt her name differently. She was friendly, vibrant, bubbly and helpful and definitely set the tone for Miami. The check in lady wasn't as friendly; no smiles or welcoming, rather dampening, however; this wasn't about to spoil our time in amazing Miami! Lincoln Road is famous for it's mall and has plenty of restaurants and shops. Don't be alarmed of the freely walking lizards throughout the streets of Miami...makes a change from the normal dogs and cats! Wicked! I would definitely stay at this boutique again!
