Thank you for your kind review, ClareB214. Our perfect location right on the waterfront and within walking distance of downtown Naples is one of the best-loved features of our hotel. We're delighted you loved it too and we hope to welcome you again soon.

Room 320 The staff was awesome and did all they could to accommodate everyone. Parking is horrific, with people stalking the spaces, Getting a seat in the lobby is also horrific until about 2 pm when the people waiting for a seat at the breakfast cafe finally leave. People were literally stalking seats there too. The room was very clean and attractive with good beds. Our's was updated but the refrigerator was old and noisy.. Be aware, this hotel is old, and sound proofing not the best. We left the fan part of our wall AC on all the time to dampen the neighbor's noise while on their balcony (which looked into our room, ugh). The view of the marina was both entertaining and lovely with 2 excellent restaurants near by. The pinching point is...I paid a substantial "resort fee". while there is nothing "resort" about this Inn's property, other than a standard pool and tiki bar, it was stretching it a bit to call it a resort. Back pack style Beach chairs and bikes are available but that is only because its a major hike thru town to the beach without a bike. We will stay there again due to the proximity to where I must be for business, I would not stay there for a vacation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your guest experience. I am disappointed your stay was not what you expected, however pleased the staff attempted to assist you as much as possible. Our historic condo hotel does have some great years of memories in past years, but the condo unit owners do take pride in keeping their rooms updated and welcoming for each guest. Thank you for mentioning the room number for the team will review the unit to reassure our next guest does not have a problem with the AC unit. We are sorry your were not able to enjoy the great bikes that most our guests have enjoyed during their stay. Even though you may walk to many eateries, the city docks, Cambier Park, 3rd Avenue and 5th Avenue many do enjoy the availability of the bikes. Slider is a highly used transport as well in the Old Naples area for pickup or drop off preventing driving plus finding a parking spot in the very popular areas. We do hope to see you again soon and have a chance to enjoy all the great places nearby.

My wife and I needed a break . We had never heard of the Cove Inn or its location but the price for a night was better than most in and around Naples Main Street area. The place and room was very clean and the staff very friendly. The room was not only clean and quiet but had all the amenities needed for our stay. There were 2 decent restaurants within walking distance (2 mins) and many others about a 20 mins walk. The Inn has a Tiki Bar right at the waters edge which can only be used by the Yacht Club members or residents of hotel: it was great to just sit by the waters edge and have a cold one. The Inn also has a small cafe in the lobby just for breakfasts and lunches we had breakfast there before leaving and it was a really good down to earth home cooked meal. Overall a great little gem in Naples

Spent 6 nights at the Cove Inn from March 14th on my first ever visit to the 🇺🇸
We were greeted by a very warm and pleasant gentleman who told us we had an upgraded room on the 3rd floor, with a lovely balcony facing over the marina it was magic .
The room was large with two large comfortable beds a bathroom including a bath, microwave and toaster, also adequate wardrobe space. Each floor has a lounge area too. Breakfast was extra served in the hotels coffee shop which I think was a franchise, lovely friendly people very fast service with a smile all at a reasonable cost.
The hotel has a lovely pool area and pool bar, there was always room around the pool. Three restaurants within minutes walk from the hotel, all good but especially The Boathouse where the food was consistently good.
Free parking, and hotel is in an ideal position to walk to the town centre. Firmly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Cove Inn was a great spot for our family vacation. I really thought that we were going to in a stuffy/ old location but our family was pleasantly surprised. The room is exactly what we expected and each room having a view of the water was a great touch. The pool was never too crowded, especially for one of the busiest times of year. The staff was very flexible with helping get beach supplies, towels for the pool, late checkout & restaurant recommendations. The location can’t be beat, easily walkable to both 5th Ave and 3rd st which one of the biggest perks that does not get written about enough.
We were very pleased with our stay at Cove Inn and will be coming back for our next trip to Naples.

We travelled from Ireland and stayed in a 5 star hotel in Clearwater before visiting. First of all Naples is the nicest place in Florida IMO. Cove in did not disappoint and surpassed expectations, being an older hotel we were apprehensive, but the beds were comfy, room spotless and traditional old hospitality of an older local hotel was lovely - location was ideal and would highly recommend for anyone second guessing if they should stay. Cove inn - top notch.

Thank you for being a first time guest at the Cove Inn. We are truly a hidden gem in Olde Naples that many are finding year after year. The team at the Cove appreciates your comments for they all work together to make the guest experience welcoming in all aspects. Guests find our Naples Bay view location such a convenience that many never use their vehicle during whole stay. We look forward to welcoming you as a repeat guest on your next visit to our manicured beautiful Naples!

Over the years we’ve stayed here many times and love the location overlooking the marina. We booked online and were disappointed to be hit with a $15 ‘resort fee’ for services we neither needed or wanted (beach chairs, bicycles). Our room was not as comfortable as we’ve had in the past - only one hard chair and a rather useless high top ‘desk’’. Everything was clean and the bed comfortable, so we didn’t ask to be changed. I can’t say enough good things about the coffee shop. The breakfast is delicious and the service is outstanding.

Thank you for sharing your guest experience at the Cove Inn. We definitely try our best to listen to many guests that have requested such items such as a fitness center to visit, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and very popular bikes for usage during their stay. We are sorry to hear that these resort amenities do not fit your needs, however we do hope you do return and have the opportunity to enjoy them. I have to agree that the Coffee Shoppe is the best and the service comes from a team that takes much pride of the delicious menu! We do hope you do decide to be our guest once again in the future.

Stayed there with our family for 3 nights on this quaint and beautiful hotel.
The room was big enough for 2 people, and the balcony had a nice view over the harbour.
The bathroom is partly located in the entrance and the toilet is crammed in a small room with the shower.
The bed was a challenge to get into, since it's so high.
Parking is on the ground floor, but was quite full and narrow, since we had rented a large GMC Yukon.
The pool area was nice, but there was a bit of noise from the renovation going on the balconys.
The crowd was in their golden years, so don't expect partying.
The breakfast restaurant is a must visit, it's all you expect from a American diner, just be prepared to wait for a table since alot of people goes there for breakfast.

If you enjoy staying in a room that feels like a bunker, this may be the place for you. Picking a room here is a crap shoot since the units are privately owned. Or perhaps this place is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get. Our room on the 2nd floor directly next to the elevator is outfitted with the hardest mattress ever. I got such little sleep. To me, the rooms similar to this one, looks much better in the pictures than in person. Also, there’s a handicap rail next to the toilet that is so close it’s actually in the way when sitting there. The bottom of the bathroom door is peeling and the tub looks like it is original to whenever this place was built. The front desk person was nice enough when I asked if we could possibly have a room with a more comfortable bed, however, since each room is privately owned I would have to pay for the price difference. In my case, the cost to switch rooms for two more nights would be an additional $400! Add that to what I already paid and I could have stayed at one of the hotels directly on 5th Avenue. The grounds are nice enough but the pool is quite small and nothing makes up for a crummy night’s sleep. Sorry but I cannot recommend Cove Inn.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your visit to the historic Cove Association Hotel located on Naples Bay. We are truly disappointed that the condo unit you reserved was not what you were hoping for. You are correct that the room types are many and most likely during your stay we only had a few left since we are selling out almost every day since March. Our post off season rates are in effect since the Easter holiday which are very reasonable for the area. We hope that you will continue to visit the wonderful Olde Naples area in the future.

This stay at Cove Inn was for a 3 day weekend to relax in Naples. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Our room overlooked the Bay of Naples and there was a lot of activity on the dock for people watching. It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and just watch boats and people coming and going. The room was not exceptionally large, but it was comfortable for two people. We had a room with two double beds. We took advantage in the mornings to use the coffee machine and just take our time before going out. The Cove Inn is exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is a cafe in the hotel and 2 restaurants very near the property and others within walking distance. All with great food. The Naples dock is behind the hotel and you can arrange to go out on the boats for site seeing or fishing. We parked our car when we arrived and did not use it until we left.

Yes there is a lift.
We had just one King-size. You'd need to check.
The Cove Inn is very unique since it is a Condo Association that has some participating units in the Cove Inn hotel program. With that said, every unit is decorated differently and set up differently. Efficiency units have a larger refrigerator and stove top. Some are two burners others are four burners. They come with dishes, including pots and pans.
Hope this helps with you question. We look forward to having you as a future guest.
