Ten of us met at South Seas Resort 2/2/2017 to celebrate 2 of our birthdays. We reserved a cabana at the main pool for Saturday and that was the highlight of the entire trip. Travis Gayle and his team saw to it that we were well taken care of and the only disappointment was the sun finally setting. Can't wait...

South Seas Island Resort is a fantastic escape off the West Coast of Florida. It's about a 45-60 mins drive from Fort Meyers airport and well worth the extra travel. It has a real Island feel to it but a lot more conveniences and offerings than you would expect. We stayed in a two bedroom tennis villa. We had a...

We love visiting South Seas Island Resort. We enjoy every minute while we're there and feel so relaxed the entire time. The pool is always the highlight! Our cabana was set up so perfectly for my husband's birthday! The special touches were truly appreciated. Travis Gayle, the pool supervisor, and his staff are always so friendly and attentive. The turkey...

Dear Nora, What we love most about our location on Captiva Island is that it really gives our guests a chance to disconnect and get away from it all. We’re so glad you enjoyed and allowed us to play a part in your husband’s birthday festivities! Travis is just one of the many shining stars on our team and we’re...

We stayed here for a friend's wedding. It was nice enough, but I probably wouldn't pick this resort for my own vacation. The bed was comfortable, but the rooms could use some updating. The towels are very thin and small. The staff was friendly. Be warned that the signage can be confusing so you might get lost in the maze...

We had a great time while we were there. This is our third trip and we enjoyed it as much as our previous stays. The staff was great. We particularly enjoyed the new restaurant, Doc Fords. Thanks for everything. Bob and Bonnie

I wouldn't recommend this place for the money. It's expensive and they charge you a resort fee of $19 per person per day for the pools and trolley! My wife and I wanted a clean, relaxing place and found this isn't it. The pools at the one end of the resort are noisy with kids. Our room wasn't too clean...

When we registered we were told that the rooms would not be available until 4:00 but they would text us when ready. We never received a text and had to contact them. Also one day house keeping never showed up. There were no glasses for drinking water except for the plastic cups for coffee. This should not happen when you...

My husband and I visited the South Seas Island Resort in the middle of February. The weather was warmer than where we come from but the Gulf was colder than I had anticipated although other people and their children still got in and swam. We stayed in the villas.
