I highly recommend for families with small kids or extended family traveling together to visit Disney. Clean and friendly, with all the amenities you may need while navigating the different adventures around Disney World. It’s a short boat ride to Magic Kingdom and/or bus ride

It makes me so happy to hear you felt like you got the full Disney experience at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. This Resort is so beautiful and definitely feels like a luxurious escape, while still being a short boat ride from Magic Kingdom Park. Being able to watch the fireworks or the Electrical Water Pageant from your balcony is simply magical. Add to that comfortable rooms, amazing amenities and high quality dining, it’s easy to find this Resort welcoming and homey during your stay. Plus, our Cast Members are always willing to assist with a friendly smile. It doesn’t get much better! I am so glad you enjoyed your stay, and I look forward to your next visit with us. During our visit over Easter weekend, we spent a few nights here while at Disney, and we were not disappointed. The hotel has the rustic feel of a National Park Lodge. Check-in was easy, the service was fantastic, and the location worked great for us. Our room was comfortable

Hi there, Kristin! I'm so glad you enjoyed our National Park, lodge-style grand lobby with its totems and babbling springs creating an outdoor atmosphere with the comforts of being inside. This Resort really is so unique - I mean, it's not every day you get to shop inside a log-cabin gift shop or walk past an erupting geyser just outside your room! One of my favorite things to do at our Resorts is to hang out by the pool, and Wilderness Lodge has such a great one! From enjoying a meal at Geyser Point Bar & Grill to watching the Magic Kingdom fireworks out there in the evening - there is so much for adults and kids to do! The reimagining of this area has been of such great benefit to our Guests and I personally think it turned out beautifully. Thank you for also sharing a bit about your experiences with our transportation and dining options at the Resort, as that information is certainly valuable to other Guests planning their visits. Overall it truly seems this Resort is a perfect fit for your family! I certainly hope the spirit of the Lodge calls you back to us for your next vacation. See you next time in the great outdoors! We have been staying at Disney properties many times but had never stayed at this location. We booked only a few weeks prior and this place and a few others were available. The lobby was unique with a large totem pole, a small “brook” and wooden pillars. It reminded us of the

Welcome back! I'm so happy you were able to stay with us again and explore Disney's Wilderness Lodge. It truly is a sight to behold. The rustic charm of the American Northwest abounds, and you can almost smell the redwoods as you walk through the lobby. You should check out Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge on your next visit! They were both developed by the same architect, and share many similarities while maintaining their individual themes. Plus you could see a giraffe just out your window! For an alternative transportation option, you may be interested in trying our Minnie Van Service. Through a partnership with Lyft, a Cast Member will take you from point to point across the Walt Disney World Resort in our fashionably polka-dotted private Minnie Vans. Please be aware there is a fee to use this service, but it may be helpful as your family navigates our neck of the woods during your next visit. I hope you can join us again soon to explore our other Resorts! Aubrey Disney Social Reviews

We loved staying at this hotel. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed just walking around and taking in all the details and beautiful art. The massive stone fireplace is very impressive as well. We enjoyed both pools. The main one has a fun waterslide for the kids and 2

This was our first stay at Wilderness although I had lunch there previously while staying at another resort. The massive lobby is breathtaking and the grounds are almost a theme park in itself. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and pillows and quality

Take the boat rides to the Monorail for both. The boats are much faster and more relaxing, than the buses!

You cannot access the monorail directly. You can take a very short boat ride to the Contemporary and get on the resort monorail or get the boat to Magic Kingdom for the Express monorail to TTC. Both take less tan 10 minutes.
