We stayed in a preferred room in Casitas 3. This was renovated room and was wonderful! 2 sinks, soft beds and comfy pillows. Keurig coffee maker and fridge.

I loved this hotel - the rooms, the service, the bus connections, the staff. My ONLY complaint is that it's rather far to walk from the rooms to the lobby. It's a HUGE hotel so it's understandable, but in 95 degrees + it's hellish :)
This hotel was way below average. When we first arrived, customer service was rude and just kept repeating over and over that we owed money. Once we squared it up with the travel agency, they magically became nice.
