This is our second stay. It was just as fabulous as our first stay. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. There is a washer/dryer combo in our room which was very quite when we used it. The hotel even supplied laundry detergent. The location is in perfect proximity t

Staying in a condo is a huge upgrade from a hotel room. Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and balconies. Kitchen with appliances, utensils and plates/bowls. Living room and dining room. Feels like you have a second home.

I chose this place as it had a fair rate and was a good location for my meetings.
A few negatives. No tea in the morning only coffee in the rooms. Usually all hotel rooms have both. Sounds picky but I am not a coffee drinker and needed caffeine for mornings.
They knew I didn’t

First let me start this by saying we are HGV owners and have stayed at this resort probably 100 times since 2001, however this time was different. The rooms have been updated and are absolutely amazing. New flooring, fixtures, appliances basically a head to toe remodel and one t

Good resort, good location, good staff....buuuuut, resort charged a $25 a day “resort fee” for WiFi and bottles of water. This was not only a surprise but absolutely ridiculous charge for something offered free even at a Holiday Express.

I want to know which hotel people will choose out of the three Hilton Properties, HGVC SeaWorld, HGV Tuscany Village or Parc Soleil. Reviews are pretty similar so I am confused which one to choose?
So here's my take on it... Parc Soleil seems to be the "newest" property. There are only two buildings, which means the parking lot / deck provides easy room access. The pool is nice, and accommodates all ages pretty easily (including young children). There are hot tubs / jacuzzis around the pool. There isn't much else around the area, though. It isn't close to any restaurants, and isn't closer to any specific theme park. Still, its a nice place to stay if you don't plan on spending the entire day at the hotel. Tuscany Village is conveniently located behind the Vineland Premium Outlets. There is pedestrian gate access to the outlets so you don't have to deal with the atrocious parking of the outlets. It has two pools, on opposite sides of the campus. The smaller pool at the far end seems more for lounging (more for adults). The large (main) pool is definitely more kid-friendly. Parking at this location isn't the best; there are multiple buildings, which makes the campus very large If you don't find parking close to your room, you may have to take a short walk (no central / deck parking). This resort has, in my opinion, the better view. There is a large, central pond, around which many of the hotel buildings are located. You can enjoy a nice stroll around the pond, and walk over it across the boardwalk to get to the hotel lobby or main pool. Sea World Resort is, as it's name implies, conveniently located near Sea World. You can walk to Sea World, if you don't mind a 1/2 - 1 mile trek. The layout of the resort is similar to Tuscany Village, in that it is comprised of multiple buildings. It also has a similar parking situation as Tuscany. The small pool isn't terribly impressive, but its a pool. The large pool is nicer, and more kid friendly, but is not as large as that of the other two hotels. The closest restaurant to the hotel is a Bonefish Grill, which is in walking distance. There are other restaurants a short drive from the main entrance. From what I've been told, all of the resorts have renovated rooms, but I've only visited each one on separate years. They're all very nice; it just depends on your goals. If you're going to go to parks, then it doesn't really matter which one you stay at (except Sea World), as you would have to drive or shuttle your way to them.

"Ask for a room in building 3, close to the pool and has a good layout."
"I would say pool view in a higher up room would be beautiful - not lower your looking at trees and nothing else"
"Don't go for the time share/points speech"
"Ask for a renovated room close to pool."
"Buildings located far from the lobby are quieter."
