I must say I had some mixed feelings when I went home after staying here. In total, this is a good experience, but you need a thick wallet here. This is basically a huge machinery working well, with a lot of offers at the hotel. If you are here to visit Disney parks, you don't need to travel anywhere, basically....

This is an Epcot resort without the expense. Walking distance to the Boardwalk and Epcot Center with bus service to the Magic Kingdom and boat service to Disney Studios, Epcot or the Boardwalk if you choose not to walk. These two hotels have nicely appointed and comfortable rooms. They both have nice restaurants and great fitness centers. I stay at...

Thank you for being our guest. We are pleased to hear how many times you have stayed with us! It is wonderful to be chosen time after time. We pride ourselves in hosting some Central Florida’s premiere dining establishments. Be sure to come back soon, perhaps this time to treat yourselves to the exquisite cuisines of BlueZoo or Il Mulinos!

This was for a local getaway (we live near Disney) and didn't do anything but enjoy the property. Originally thought I was reserved for the Swan but it was the Dolphin instead (within walking distance). Received a good deal on one of those sites... The Swan appeared to be smaller, more intimate and slightly higher scale than the Dolphin although...

We just returned from a week, actually five nights, staying in the Dolphin side of this hotel. We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect with the ability to walk or take the boat to Hollywood Studios and Epcot (we did each by the way). The convenience to those two parks cannot be overstated. Even when we went to...

With HIGH expectations we booked our stay at Disneys DOLPHIN resort hotel. It started out with our room not being ready at the advertised check-in time. No big deal right? That's what we thought. 2 HOURS LATER..... still not ready. Asked if we could just cancel the reservation.... "sure!" Was the answer. It will just cost you a cancellation fee...

We are deeply disappointed that you did not enjoy your one night stay with us. What you have described is certainly not our standard and appreciate you making us aware of these issues so that we can improve our guests’ experience. We have started refreshing all of our guest rooms, the remaining rooms at the Dolphin will be completed by...

Spent 2 nights at the Dolphin section of the hotel. The conference center is connected to the Dolphin so it was very convenient. The food provided at the different receptions, lunch and snacks was nicely done. The hotel was clean and easy to navigate. The room was on the east wing, level 2 with a balcony. Everything was clean and...

Came in for a quick weekend trip to Disney and arrived early at 6am in the morning. Our room wasn't ready yet, but we opted to upgrade to a junior suite for only an extra 70.00 a night which was reasonable and was ready for us to check into. The room was nice with a newer updated bathroom. The bed...

The Swan and Dolphin is conveniently located but you will pay Disney prices for everything. Stayed on a Thursday night and was disappointed that parking was extra and the hallways were noisy overnight. The resort has been upgraded since my last visit. Short walk to Broadway with restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions.

Our fantastic proximity to the Walt Disney World theme parks, especially Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios is beloved by all of our guests and we are glad you enjoyed it. As the only Starwood/Marriott resort located on Walt Disney World property, we offer a unique blend of Starwood/Marriott amenities and special Disney benefits. Our room rates are highly competitive, often...

I have stayed at Dolphin for over 25 years! Supervisor Jake made me feel like family. Very helpful, and very caring. Location as always been a 10 at the Dolphin, and Rooms and 1st class restaurants. but, when you are treated like family, it is a perfect 10.!

I have been staying at the Swan for over 20 years, but this was only my second stay at the Dolphin...and, I am surprised to say, it is growing on me! Although I arrived at peak check-in time and the atmosphere in the lobby was chaotic, the process was seamless and swift thanks to Mostern, with his delightful demeanor and...
