We had to stay here because we were traveling with our pet and there was no other option which was close to Universal. The property is old and dated. I felt like I was in a bad dream in Reno! But As some of the earlier reviewers have said, the staff are great but housekeeping is going to need some...

We stayed here with our dog overnight to be close to Universal. You definitely get what you pay for at $73 a night. THe staff was great, however the hotel is old, with lift carpet and loud kids everywhere. Never again.

We have just returned from staying at this hotel four of us in our party myself two sons and my friend. To say it in a few sentences couldn't be done. We've enjoyed every moment of our stay at the best Western getaway all the staff went out of there way to make our stay extremely enjoyable. The rooms were...

We got (what I think) a good deal from priceline. We booked two rooms and got connecting rooms. The hotel was a little aged but clean and got all basic stuffs that we needed. We were out all day, and just used the room for sleeping. The location was good, only few min. away to Int'l Dr., we didn't mind...

Booked as part of the Universal Orlando Holiday Reservations. Enjoyed a great 3 night stay here in early June. Very prompt and attentive service at reception desk and extremely helpful advice with regards to the parks. The room was spacious and well equipped - more than enough room for 2 travelers but I imagine that there would be plenty for...

Very good place to stay with family when experiencing attractions in the area. Pros -Restaurant service was great. Front desk was knowledgeable. Rooms are a bit dated, but the extra sink outside the bathroom is a plus. 1 con - elevators need work.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We picked it again because we had such a great experience the first time. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff was always eager to help and housekeeping did a great job as well. You have to have yoyr room key to get in the hotel from the pool and...

Not even up to the standards of a regular Best Western. A $3.50 resort fee despite being pre-paid. A $50 hold for incidentals, no breakfast, no wifi Small and uncomfortable beds... Decent location if your going to Universal, or the water park, but not if your just passing through.

Ok - so you get what you pay for... it was £45.00 per night. We were booked for 15 nights. The first room (536) was grubby, threadbare carpet and generally in a poor state of repair. We were too tired to move after we had checked in and unpacked. After speaking with reception, the next morning we were upgraded to...

We made our second visit to Best Western Gateway plus. Found it to be very good again. Our last visit was in 2011. My grandson loved the pool and made friends from England. A member of the staff found us a great upgrade when we arrived early due to our flight. The hotel has a great location, a mile from...
