So far..... very impressive. The staff at check in was professional and polite. The property is well maintained and the rooms are beautiful. There are more restaurants than I expected and wonderful 24 hour room service. 😁

We came back to the Caribe Royale because our Church Conference was held there once again. Like it was the last time we came for the same Church Conference, the Caribe Royale was excellent - again!! We love the all-suite property with the separate living room and a TV in each

Took a quick trip to Florida with my youngest daughter before she headed away to school. We wanted someplace with a tropical feel pool and a friend who has stayed here multiple times recommended the Caribe Royale. I looked into it and we got a great deal with the winter

How far from universal studios
Coffee pot in the room is a small pot about 4 cups worth. You can bring your own coffee if you bring filters. Coffee shop downstairs in tower 3 I believe also.

Disney parking is about 25.00 per day each lot, would take uber or lyft, they are great, pick up and drop off at locations, and bring you back to hotel. If you want to take in rest of Orlando, rent a car as is relatively cheap, but parking car at Disney expensive (My Opinion)

Greetings Lora S, Per our Director of Engineering we use liquid chlorine. Salt systems convert salt to chlorine so the end result is the same except the water is a little softer like a water softener would do. We hope this information helps answer your question. We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you to our beautiful resort. Happy Holidays! Best regards, Hotel Management

Do you offer a shuttle to universal studios?
Greetings AimeeG371, We do provided a shuttle to the Disney Ticket and Transportation Center which is the transportation hub of Disney. From the TTC our guest can travel to each specific park desired via Disney's various internal transportation options (tram, monorail, bus, boat). The aforementioned shuttle to Disney runs via a set schedule for departure and return times. The Disney shuttle is a portion of the services covered by our daily resort fee. We do not provide complimentary shuttles to Universal Studios nor other attractions, however; we have a preferred transportation company that provides a shuttle to Universal and other attractions at a per person cost (Aquatica, Discovery Cove or SeaWorld is $12 per person round trip. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Mall at Millenia or Holy Land Experience is $14 per person round trip). These shuttles also run on a set schedule for departure and returns. A copy of the schedule can be obtain at our Guest Service desk. We hope this information is helpful. Best Regards, Hotel Management

"We were in building 1 Room 1815...beautiful view of the pool/resort and sunrises!"
"Don't select the 10th floor, facing the sun as its very hot and a/c breaks all the time"
"Love the suite and TVs in both the bedroom and the living room."
"Really rooms here have access to Pool and there is really no view, so any room would probably be good."
"Replace beds and get softer blankets immediately. "
