Great location and staff. I stay here every time I come to town for business.
Great pub and resturant along with a Starbucks on property not to mention the great golf.
Plus you can't beat the great rates and packages they have.
One week before check in, I spoke with a manager named Patrick. He told me Platinum members receive 2 breakfast buffet vouchers per day. These vouchers are valued at $40 per couple. Patrick was off for the holiday and the front desk ladies would not...More

I would recommend that you deal directly with the General Manager of the hotel or Marriott's corporate office in order to provide feedback. This information possibly can assist them in changing certain practices and improving services. Depending where you made the reservation, if you did it directly with Marriott, you should be compensated in one way or another. If you did it through a third party, the chances of getting any reimbursement or attention certainly decrease. Hope this helps and hope that you have a better experience with a Marriott hotel.
