We had a wonderful time at the Inn. We enjoyed many of the amenities including social hour with drinks and snacks (chips, veggies and dip), dessert at eight, a wonderful breakfast each morning, the warm 85° pool which is heated year-round, and we even raided their snack basket which they bring out at 10 PM for those wanting a late...

We have stayed at the Inn several times since 1989. We have stayed in 4 or 5 different rooms as well. Every visit has been excellent. We park our car, and walk everywhere we go. The old world charm of the Inn is very special to us.

A little bit expensive but really charming The breakfast is delicious and the staff is amazing. The bed is very comfy. I slept like a baby. It has a electric charger for the car that was very very useful

This is a gem of a place in the heart of everything. The staff is so friendly and kind - they make sure that your stay is a magical one. We spent Christmas there and it was wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms comfortable. I highly recommend this quaint B&B - you won't be disappointed!!

The inn is located in a quiet area within walking distance of historic downtown. The host was very helpful and the breakfast sets were great. Still minors repairs being made from storm but the hosts go out of their way to makes things very comfortable.

The St. Francis sits in the middle of the oldest surviving section of St. Augustine, and one of its three buildings is among the oldest. The house we were in was charmingly old-fashioned, though with a redone bathroom. Ceiling fans came in handy on a warm night, without having to resort to the cold dryness of air conditioning. There was...

This is now one of our favorite B&Bs of the many at which we've stayed. The staff did their absolute best to help us feel well taken care of, and well fed. Their location made it easy to see the places we wanted to see in St. Augustine, and their property at the beach made it easy for us to...

Our fifth return visit and each time a different room. This time it was the Garcia Suite and may be our permanent choice. Spacious and the separate sitting area makes it ideal. Because of the storm damage on the first floor the 5p entertainment area was outside in the garden area and we feel now it should be the permanent...

Thank you! We always love seeing our repeat guests. I agree...the Garcia Suite is one of our favorites too! We have heard that several times about maybe permanently moving the Social hour to the courtyard area during nice weather. We will definitely consider this. Thanks for your continued business!

My friend and I stayed here after taking a historic tour hosted by the Garden Club of St. Augustine. I have stayed at this old charming inn many times before. The difference this time was just 2 short months ago hurricane Matthew tore up the east coast and damaged this beautiful historic city and this old inn. Repairs and construction...

Thank you! We are so pleased you were able to join us again. Yes, we have had some challenges since Hurricane Matthew. We are happy to hear that our temporary set ups are working for you and the other guests. Everyone seems to really be enjoying the dining area at the Llambias House. It's pretty neat getting to see that...
