    This motel was one of the nicest, cleanest that we have stayed at in a long while. Everything from the check-in process to the room, breakfast was 1st rate. The room was nice sized and very clean. The TV selection was awesome.

    Great stay
    Went to see the St. Augustine lights and stayed at this Hampton. Close drving distance to downtown. Very close to a trolly pickup. Rooms very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and lots of food to eat.

    Awesome best stay in St Augustine!
    Best hotel in all of St Augustine, location is superb! Staff is great, rooms are clean. Within driving distance to beach and all tourist locations. Running across the Vilano bridge and back to hotel 3miles. Great run with the bridge as a challenge.

    Good Place to Stay
    Very convenient location at a reasonable cost. We were there for two days and walked to all of the attractions (about a mile to City Gates). The room was more than adequate, as was the breakfast. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

    Hotel was a solid 4 star. Standard room was tight just for 2 adults traveling for 20 days already. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom sink area was limited for all the wife’s beauty stuff. Breakfast was great- waffle machine, eggs, bacon yogurt, coffee, juices, cereals…

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The Hampton Breakfast is among the best around. I am very proud of our breakfast hosts. The Old Town Trolley Company it a great way to get around. They pick up here at the hotel and provide transportation a short distance up San Marco Ave to the Old Jail where the trolley hub is located.

    Is your hotel right on the trolley route?
    No, it's not right on the route. The hotel is about two to three blocks from first stop for both of the trolley companies. It's a quick, easy walk if you don't have mobility issues.

    Hello I will be traveling with Elders and they cant walk far. We will be staying at your hotel. Which trolley tour Company is available from the hotel pickup
    Our guests frequent the Old Town Trolley Company. They offer shuttle service from our property to the train depot and back.

    We are about 1.2 miles from the downtown area.

    How many blocks to walk to historic district?
    The Hampton Inn St. Augustine-Historic District is Ideally located on the edge of the Historic District 1.3 miles to the downtown or approx. a 20 minute walk. We are near The Old Jail and History Museum. Vilano Beach is 2.5 miles.
