We stayed in condo 104 building 5. The condo badly needed new carpet, bed spreads, blankets and towels - they were torn, stained and frayed. They felt unclean. Siesta Dunes is a nice place on the beach which is powdery white like white flour. They have a nice sunset deck for residents. But you have to walk a distance to...

Had a fantastic time at siesta dunes again. Stayed in unit 104 in building 2. Great unit. 20 feet from the pool and spa. Umbrella and tables right outside the room. Ended up eating most of our meals right there. A short few steps to the amazing sands of siesta key. Wish we were still there

We have stayed at Siesta Dunes several times with our family (3 children). We go back every Holiday Season and stay over Christmas break. The beach is perfect, the condo's walk out to a very family friendly pool and patio area, with a boardwalk to beach. We feel comfortable letting the kids run down to the pool and beach without...

Rented 2-100. We rented same unit a couple years ago. Nothing has been changed. It is the best beach. Great pool access. Nice ground level corner unit with multiple decks. The bad news about no change in years is the bedroom dressers need replacement. Some of the drawers do not open or close well anymore. Unit has a locking safe...

We had a great time like always. The location is exellent. It is so nice to take walks on the beach in the morning. We enjoyed playing Tennis and sunbathing on the beach. The accomandation here are very good. My favorite thing about Siesta Dunes Beach Condominiums is that every one there is friendly.

Our family of four stayed here in May 2014. The outdoor amenities are great: terrific beach access, plenty of chairs and chaises for the beach, outdoor shower, large deck overlooking the beach with covered patio, gas grills, and saltwater pool. Our section of beach was consistently the least crowded, as it's far (1m) from public beach access. Two and 4...

We have been renting a condominium at Siesta Dunes on Siesta Key in Florida for 30 years. After a previous owner took his condo off the market, we have been renting unit 8-205 from Bill and Florence Carter, who live in Northern Ireland, for the last several years. It is a lovely and very comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a newly...

We booked our condo, signed our contract and paid our deposit in 2013. In February 2014 they raised our price and additional $200.00 stating that the prices changed January 1, 2014. The property is clean and the condo was nice but not worth the price they charge

I only stayed a few days with friends who rented for a week. Beautiful community. Very close to Siesta Key Beach. Loved it. Next year I want to spend the whole week. The community itself has places to BBQ and have your own little dinner when you don't want to fight the crowds at the restaurants. Pool is beautiful but...

We come here every year for 3 to 5 weeks and love everything about it! It's a beautiful location. Our unit that we always stay in is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful. The beach is perfect!
