Tracy saved our Valentine's day with her wonderful house and welcoming personality. The house is warm and romantic and the host went beyond expectations to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely recommend it to others.

My daughter and I stayed two nights, and loved the home, and Tracey and Tom. Tom told us about an easy trail to walk on the back end of Maclay Gardens, and we also visited the Mariana Caverns. The jacuzzi tub was used often, and I loved sitting outside on the swing and gaze at the stars. Our room was...

On our trip from Florida to Alabma we decided to stay one night in the Little English Guesthouse. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The BenB is situated in a nice quite neighbourhood of Tallahassee surrounded by Woods. Although a road is nearby we did not experinece any noice because of the traffic. Tracey,...

Have stayed here a few times whilst in FL on business. Such a beautiful quite retreat. I'm from the UK and Tracey and Thom have done a wonderful job of making this little English guesthouse home from home. The little English touches that Tracey does really does make the difference in staying here and not at any sort of hotel...

Tracey was very welcoming and the London Room was extremely comfortable and our 16 year old son found the cot to be comfortable. However I must agree with other reviewers. I don't consider it a B&B, it's ordinary ranch home in a residential area. We were shown the kitchen where there was pre-sliced bagels, bowls of fruit and the coffee....

Thank you for your review and we are delighted you'd prefer us over a chain hotel. While you may not agree, we have actually been a legal bed and breakfast since 2003 and the vast majority of reviewers on TripAdvisor, Google, Expedia, Facebook and others agree. Bed and breakfasts do come in all shapes and sizes, which is why travelers...

The Little English Guesthouse was a perfect spot for our large group to stay for the weekend. We had four in our group, and the house has three beds, so we had to double up in one room. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathrooms equipped with updated tubs and showers, and the small kitchen convenient and easy to...

Thank you for your detailed, kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed the Little English Guesthouse. I do want to clarify that our rollaway is a standard issue hotel rollaway that folds in half with mattress, springs and wheels. I'm not sure what you consider a cot. Lots of our guests (adults) have utilized the rollaway and found it comfortable...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! My room was comfortable, lovely and the large shower with body jets a treat. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, coffee and tea and there were snacks available anytime. Tracy was an excellent "hostess" and was on the ready for all needs. Tracy was able to suggest a great running area across the street....

This location is ideal for everything that has anything to do with Tallahassee or even if you're on your way to somewhere else. The house sits on a beautiful lot, near restaurants, shopping, the universities and the major thoroughfares through and around Tallahassee. It's ideal for parents and students coming to the two universities in town, business meetings, state legislature...

We so enjoyed our one night to The Little English Guesthouse -- a night away without kids! Tracey was lovely and welcoming! There were chocolates and a fluffy robe in our guest room. The house was quiet (if you have kids, you know what a treat this is!) and it was a pleasure to visit with the few other guests...

I stayed in the Staffordshire. It had all that I needed for a simple 1 night stay. Breakfast was ready before I woke up around 8am. Felt like my home away from home. Nice and quiet outside. Great place to stay.
