Used to stay here when my kids were young. Was going to book for tonight but decided on Satellite motel instead Very glad we did. Treasure bay has an open air bar and the music playing was filth. One song at 9pm used the F', 'N` and the 'B' words. Another song at 9.15pm had the words "she sit on my d**k and I fill her up. I mean seriously what sort of hotel is so inconsiderate to its guests that it allows this type of music to be played?! Be very careful about booking this hotel!

The property was full of old mattresses. In the parking lot, the stairwells and the hallways. The floor in the room was filthy. We walked around without shoes on, and the bottoms of our feet were black in less than an hour. Hidden fee for parking as well. $15 per night. I honestly shouldn't have expected much from a cheap motel.

Love this hotel. I go there every year. I wish the still had their breakfast. l love the location right across the street from the beach and public parking. The staff is very friendly. I will stay there next year.

The worst place I have ever stayed. Got locked in the bathroom when the door would not open from the inside. I know they are trying to update this place but it like putting lipstick on the pig , it's still a pig. Furniture is old and terribly worn out .Air conditioning kept going on and off . Carpet in the hallway needs replacing . They were painted the door jams but all that needs to be replaced. Woke up to roaches 🪳 by the door. The only thing is that they took pets even though it cost me an extra 100.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO STAY ON OUR BEACHES! We will never return do to the staff and policies that are unfair and unreasonable. Local law enforcement says they have shady business practices. Read all the reviews associated with this place that are rated a 1 or 2 before chancing your vacation of this place

The hotel is well located and spacious. However, I made the reservation through an online platform that indicated that parking was free, when I checked in they told me the had recently changed the policy so parking was $15 per day. They also charged in my debit card a $50 deposit that they never returned when I checked out. They told me they never charged it and I have no receipt for it, only proof is my debit card statement where the charge is clear. Full of surprises this hotel so I’m disappointed and won’t stay here again

Location is great, directly across the street from beach access. Marina side needs some landscaping and pool side is the parking lot. Rooms were clean but very dated and worn. Website still mentions breakfast and coffee but neither are available.

Arrived at Treasure Bay Resort and Marina at approximately 5:30 pm to learn our reservation which had been booked 7 months prior had been cancelled that day. An email was sent while we were driving on the day of our arrival which we didn’t see while on the road. Since our initial booking, our credit card had been compromised and had been replaced. Rather than wait until we checked in, they cancelled our reservation and instead of honouring the rate we had booked seven months earlier, even though a room was still available, they charged us a significantly higher room rate. They said they were not able to reach us by phone, however supplying a phone number was a mandatory field on the online application. My phone was on, there was no call o voicemail received from them. We also had two drink coupons that had been issued with our initial booking which we were told would no longer be honoured. Our reservation was also to include a daily breakfast buffet, which is no longer included. We were extremely unhappy with our Treasure Bay Resort experience. …

We stayed here a year ago and it was a fabulous experience so we booked again. When we arrived on March 18th we were told they no longer served breakfast, the Tiki Bar was closed, the hot tub was green and smelled horrible. Our toilet in our room was broken and once we got it fixed it ran a good portion of the time we were there. The place is quiet and the young lady who took care of the pool towels was always making sure the towels were stocked which I appreciated. Beds were decently comfortable. A man came to fix the hot tub and drained it twice and took care of how disgusting it was, but then it totally ruined my bathing suit, I'm assuming from all the chemicals they had to pump through it. Do not book this place if you plan on enjoying the Tiki Bar or free breakfast because even though it's advertised on their website neither is available. …

Awesome Staff! Deborah, Jules and Kathleen were always courteous and helpful! Pool and hot tub were great. Rooms need updating, but apparently that issue is being addressed. Looking forward to visiting again next year.
