After looking at many venues for our wedding day we came across chateau de foyelle. The chateaux ticked so many boxes it could sleep up to 20 people on site and the rest could get accommodation a 4 minute drive away in riberac i had...More
The Chateau is indeed shabby chic and it has a charm which comes to light at night.
The owners are very laid back ,which does nothing for the nerves, BUT everything seems to get done. We put a bit of effort into adding decorations and...More

Hi How did ye get on the day? Did ye have to cancel the wedding? we came from Ireland and some of the guests came from Australia so we were stuck with what we had and had to make the best of it. In spite of everything we enjoyed the holiday, but the state of the Chateaux and the other dump were horrible. There is no way the owners have any licence to serve food from that Kitchen. I hope ye were well compensated. Thanks for the comments
