A beautiful setting, extremely well-equipped for all ages with everything to keep youngsters active. Caroline is an amazing host, providing the warmest of welcomes and help and advice during our stay. We stayed for 4 weeks, 2 with one daughter's family and 2 with our other daughter's. We all had a wonderful time, with the games room, walks round the lake, kayaking on the lake under Caroline's tuition, the hot tub and relaxing whilst enjoying the garden with beautiful views over the lake. not to mention all our trips to Belfast, the Giant's Causeway, Inneskillen, Donegal and more.

We visited Lakeview a few years ago and loved it so mush we decided to make a return visit this year. Great as ever, especially the welcome plate of home made Soda Bread from Caroline. Excellent accommodation and a really good location to be able to explore a lot of Ireland. We may even book a third visit.

The location is only a few minutes walk to Killyfole lake, which you can view from the garden. We stayed in Coach House, one of the four self-catering properties available. We had our own BBQ / Sitting area and hired a hot tub for the week. The shared facilities include a tennis/football court, games room and sunbeds overlooking the lake. We had good weather so it was perfect for swimming or walking around the lake. Crom Estate was also close and it was lovely to spend time there. Caroline couldn't have done enough for us. There was homemade bread on arrival. She took us out on a Segway tour - which was fantastic. She also took the children out kayaking. She had so much patience and enthusiasm. We really enjoyed our stay

We (myself, my husband & 2 teenage girls 17&18) stayed in the stables. When we arrived Caroline provided a lovely warm welcome with homemade bread and jam with butter and milk also in the fridge. The stables is quaint accommodation but has large en-suite bedrooms. We paid extra for the hot tub which was well worth the money esp with 2 teenagers. The area is stunning and we enjoyed walks round the lake as well as enjoying the property itself. The girls enjoyed the facilities also. We had a few days out to Enniskillen and Omagh. The girls done the hydro bikes in Enniskillen which were brilliant! The Segway’s were a great tour by Caroline explaining about the area on the way round. A really lovely part of our wee country. Def worth a visit!!

Fermanagh Self-Catering is perfect for a relaxing or active break away for a family. We stayed in Lakeview which is really lovely, beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want for a family of 4. It's like a home from home but better!! Caroline and Mark are brilliant hosts and so friendly and helpful. Caroline welcomed us with freshly made soda bread, butter and jam and even had ice pops in the freezer as the weather was so hot! We loved the decking at Lakeview which gives a beautiful view of the lake. We used the barbecue too. Fermanagh Self Catering was brilliant for our teenagers who spent time in the evenings playing table tennis, pool and table football in the games room. The games room has hundreds of games, lego, dressing up, train set, books, DVDs and so many things kids could want. There is everything you could think of! As the weather was really warm we spent a lot of time at the lake which is just a few minutes away. We jumped off the jetties and also sat at the edge while small fish swam over our legs. We had a great time kayaking around the lake with Caroline (which has an additional charge). Kayaks can also be hired. We hired rods from Mark and had a try at fishing. You can also do archery, segways around the lake (which looked great fun). You can walk round the lake which is over 2km around it. There is a tennis court with rackets available, badminton set, football pitch, basketball net. You can pay an additional charge to use the hot tub- we didn't as the weather was warm. We as adults loved sitting on the swing chair enjoying the view of the lake. There are also loungers and outdoor seating. Although there are 4 accommodations you didn't feel you were on top of each other as there are so many different bits. Our teens loved the big swings hung from trees. The whole place gives a great sense of freedom and with the activities there is so much to do. I would go back tomorrow!

A lovely warm and friendly welcome from Caroline, with delicious home baked soda breads provided on arrival. We stayed in 'The Stables', the property was very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need, a real home from home! Tennis court, games room, hot tubs and saunas all available onsite too. A great place for families and visitors of all ages (dog friendly too!) Beautiful surroundings and a great base to explore everything Fermanagh has to offer. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon.

We stayed in the Coach House, which is the largest of the rental properties for 10 days this September 2020. The first thing to note is that the whole location is stunning, the owners family home is "The Old Rectory" and all of the rental properties are located within its grounds. The whole property has stunning views over Killyfole lake and is surrounded by large mature trees. We had private and unlimited use of our own hot tub and sauna (which resembled Bilbo Baggins house nestled between two trees). The house itself had everything we needed, towels and bedlinen were provided, there is a washing machine and dryer on site and the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment. Caroline the owner had left us a selection of home baked soda breads, jams and butter for our arrival, a really lovely touch. There was also tea, coffee and milk left for us to use. Onsite there is a tennis court, football pitch, archery, kayaking, Segway tours a children's play area with sand pit, trampoline, swings and slide. For the older kids there is a very well stocked games room complete with snooker table, dart board, foosball and table tennis as well as endless board games, mountains of lego and toys for younger children also. Over all a super location for a family break highly recommended!!
