Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Everything about this hotel was great except the single beds are too small. My feet hung over the end. The shower was tight for a tall guy. The single rooms are only for people under 5'6" and under 140 lbs. Breakfast was great, good location if you want to be away from the businesses of Venice but across the street from the water taxi so getting to St Marks square only takes about 15 min.

An old fashioned hotel situated right next to the vaporetto. Our room was clean and a fair size although the beds were quite hard which were two singles pushed together.
The shower was also clean however the water kept ranging from scalding to freezing so taking a shower was challenging. Staff were very friendly until there was a problem.

The location of the hotel is really great. It is directly on the vaporetto station, you can reach Venice in 20 minutes. The beach is only 10 minutes by foot. You can do a trip to Venice and and relax at the beach afterwards. The breakfast fast also quite good.

Good value. Good location near thee main commercial hub of the Lido and the ferry terminals. Dated decor that is typical of this reinterpret Venetian "style". Courteous staff. Breakfast standard fair. machine coffee. Italian cakes and pastries. Rooms could use more thorough floor cleaning. Wifi fast and reliable - but having to log back in very few hours was annoying and just ended up using my 4G. However, the most unpleasant part of the stay was a deodoriiser / air freshener.. I kept the window open.. but even now I am home and all my luggage / clothes are smelling of this,, even after washing.

We stayed in a beautiful, charming and old Italian style hotel, very authentic. The friendly and nice staff complete the whole package. The hotel is located right next to the water bus terminal with a wonderful view of Venice. The waterbus brings you to venice in 10-15 min.
The room was clean, spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast is very varied and offers everything for every taste. Also the restaurant and the ice cream shop are highly recommended. The beach can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes on foot, or the bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to every point on the lido. We'll definitely be back.

Cute little hotel perfectly located on the main avenue by the Lido vaporetto (ferry) stop and beach. Rooms were clean and air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was subpar and consisted of stale pastries - this can be greatly improved. Very friendly staff that accommodated my student group and me for an a extra night when our flight back to the States was canceled. Would stay again! Just put a little more money into having a fresh breakfast and the hotel would be ideal.

I booked a weekend in this hotel, but unfortunately there was a strike of Air traffic control and I could not make it to the Hotel. I booked a refundable option but 4 days after my visit the hotel demanded to settle the bill, which I did. One day before I left to Venice the flights were cancelled due to an Air traffic control Strike. It was not my fault that I did not use the hotel. I requested a refund, but the very arrogant General Manager did not seem to care! Not even a partial discount! Not even half of what we paid. Be careful when you book this hotel

"Rustic" hotel with tiny rooms (and tinier bathrooms)! While very convenient (across the street from the boat terminal), there are restaurants in the area that stay open late, and we couldn't sleep due to the noise. Good breakfast, though!

Standard decor and standard size rooms, but ideally situated right outside the water bus stop. Despite being right opposite it is not noisy at all. Breakfast very good, lots of choice and well presented.

Staff were immensely rude and arrogant and did not bother to explain anything. Felt very ignored by the receptionists during my entire stay.
Rooms had cobwebs and spiders in it; as soon as we arrived.
Breakfast- very delicious

Location- amazing and very near to very everything!
