Stayed there with my family and walked into a dark room even with lighting on. The room appeared to be clean but I couldn't really see. The mattresses on the beds caved in the middle when two people laid in bed. My sheets appeared clean under the cover but was stained on side of fitted sheet. This place is in...

After a long day's drive, halfway to our Missoula destination, we needed a reasonable priced hotel that allowed dogs. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. They even had a goodie bag for the dog with some biscuits. The room was clean, the beds very comfy, lots of pillows. The bathroom was in need of a makeover, but it...

The staff were personable and warm. Were it not for them, I would have given this 2 starts. The room was clean but run down. Carpet coving torn behind one bed, outdated, bathroom was clean but had a sour smell, air conditioner was noisy and outdated, no screen on the window. Quiet. Average breakfast.

We checked into the hotel as we were traveling back home and just needed a place to lay our heads. The hotel is probably understaffed because we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for the clerk to come back tot he reception desk because she was delivering towels to a room. The rooms and decor were old and started...

The hotel while a bit run down was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly, and gave us some tips on what do to in town. There are restaurants within walking distance. The down town was nice but the levee by the rivers is great for a walk. The pool was nice and relaxing. I would stay here again.

First off, I had family in town who stayed here. We have used Guesthouse numerous times. This is the first with the new name. I went in to the front lobby and couldn't get anyone at the front desk. I called in repeatedly. The lady said she was on an upper floor and wasn't able to cover the front desk...

I'm glad you had a restful night and enjoyed your room. There really is no excuse for poor customer service unless we were assisting a guest and couldn't be at the desk right away. Thank you for letting me know and I will look into your specific circumstance.

Went to Lewiston for the dog show cluster. Had made reservations for 4 nights. When we got there I was told my reservations were for only 2 nights. She told me that they didn't have any rooms left as they had a tour bus of golfers coming in, apparently golfers money is better than dog show people's money. I showed...

I deeply regret for the mistake of your reservation. We haven't had this happen in a long while and hope to not again, but one time is too often, especially when you are the unlucky person. I sympathize. We are dog friendly and do have kennels in the back of the hotel if someone needs to leave their dog alone...

My daughter and I were visiting my granddaughter for Mom's weekend at WSU. I know all the hotels jack up their prices for events at WSU but $150/night for this place is WAY too much. What they don't tell you is that there are railroad tracks a few feet from the hotel, it is directly across from a pulp mill...

Congratulations to your daughter for graduating college... what an accomplishment! We are located near the tracks and the last train is at 10:00pm. Yes, all of Lewiston can have a smell to it from the pulp mill, some days worse than others, however, we are located about four miles from the pulp mill. There are 8 hotels closer to the...

My entire family was itchy when we got into the beds and the bathroom was filthy and disgusting!! The room had a horrible smell to it also. Wouldn't stay here again!! They obviously just do a a quick top surface clean because the bathroom had webs and mold on the ceiling.

I apologize for you feeling questionable about the hotel when you noticed that the bathroom cleanliness was not up to your standard. At any hotel, please call the front desk quickly and they can move you rooms or clean the bathroom for you to ensure a good clean stay. I can assure you had being itchy before you get into...
