Wonderful rustic, drive up to your door motel. No lugging bags for days. Each room is themed (ours was the goose room) and sparkling clean. Overstuffed beds with extra pillows. The hot breakfast, $3.00, was made to order, or continental, no charge. Maybe the best part was the staff, friendly and very helpful. Told us about the Mexican restaurant with...

Very glad you went with the recommendation for the Mexican food restaurant on the river. I love patio dinning, especially when deep fried ice-cream is involved. Thank you for commenting on the cleanliness of the room. That is one of out highest priority's. It was great that you where able to stay an extra day with us. Maybe next time...

Great people, great rates, clean rooms and pet friendly. This nice little motel was a welcome site after being on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River for a week. They even accommodated us when we ask for an extra room during a very busy season. $3.00 breakfast was a nice bonus.

Very friendly! Nice rooms. Had a kitchenette. (Even a back door!) Breakfast is served for very nominal cost. Had the Buffalo room. Nice mural & a bison toilet paper holder. ☺️ Air worked great. TV, recliner in the room. Would definitely recommend and return.

We love staying at the Sacajawea! The owners are so welcoming, the breakfast delicious (and a great deal) and the rooms comfy and cozy. The rooms have great murals - makes each stay we've had unique - bears and wolves and cougar oh my!

Thank you for showing us some love. The murals are one of my most favorite things about our property. I just think it is so cool that every room is different. Let Walter or I know & next time well shoot for the Cowboy room.

We wanted an inexpensive place to sleep on our trip. This hotel has clean rooms, comfortable beds, breakfast available onsite, and exceptional owner and staff. Just what I want for a good night's sleep.

Our family & I put a lot of energy & love in to what we do. Thank you for taking time out of your day, to give us a pat on the shoulder.

We brought 12 students, faculty, and a film crew for our field school. The Sacajawea Inn made everything work like magic. I always stay here when I'm in town, which 2-3 times a year--the breakfast is unrivaled, and rooms are wonderful, and the staff is like family. I can't wait to be back.

Thank you so much! We had a blast with your group. See you the next time you come through. Looking forward to the next fire pit. Next time the marshmallows are on me.

We were riding thru Salmon on your motorcycles last weekend coming back from a week long ride to Glacier, very tired. We decided at the last minute to stay in Salmon for the night, the place we typically stay was booked, they referred us to the Sacajawea Inn. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is older but very clean and...

We rolled in to this vintage cowboy motel in our 1958 Chevy Impala and it was like our car was home. This is a cute small motel with nice folks and a comfy feel. It isn't big and the bed was a double that had been around for awhile, but it had everything we needed.

The room was cozy and clean. Nothing special. I liked the themed idea for each room that was fun. The breakfast was a real breakfast. The owner/managers were very accommodating and friendly. The scenery around the motel is beautiful.

Family owned, husband, wife and a lot of kids. They did the best they could to make me feel welcomed, I stayed in the "Elliot" room, named after the cartoon deer in movie, Open seson. And yes they went over board with the decorations. They were suppose to charge for the breakfast in the morning, bust threw it in. Was...
