This hotel was the noisiest I have ever been in and I traveled for 40 years before retirement. It is very antiquated. Breakfast for $6.95 was very minimal, bad. I would not recommend. When I complained of the noise, no adjustments were offered.

Staff are very friendly, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. However, our family was very disappointed with the condition of our room, as well as the hotel in general. TV's weren't working right, big stains on carpet, dirty bathroom, no fridge or microwave offered in room with 2 beds ? Being a Red Lion, we decided...

I always get a good price at this hotel, I usually try to stop by at the same hotels on my trips. The lounge was good and the rooms are roomy compared to some other hotels. The location is central to everything in the town which is good. The free cookies in the evening are always nice.

Upon arrival the entire hotel looks run down and as if it has seen better days. I gave it a chance but it wasn't worth it. When I got to my room it was outdated and a bit rundown looking but it was a fairly good price for the night and wasn't that bad upon first look. As I looked...

We absolutely enjoyed the lounge. The service was excellent. Bar tender had great knowledge of the different beers she had on tap. The best part was the no smoking in the lounge so you can relax and enjoy your visit.

Liz, our bartender, even impresses me with her knowledge and I hear her explain it often. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We thank you for choosing us.

Price was ok but no free breakfast offered. Other hotels in this price range offer free breakfast. Room was cold. Heater did not work. Only blew cold air. No refrigerator. Microwave had to be carried to an outlet to be plugged in

My room was impressive, spacious, bed was comfy. In room coffee was good. This was a wonderful surprise. Usually you need to go to lobby or breakfast nook to get a decent cup of coffee. Room was also tastefully decorated. Warm and cozy. There isn't any free breakfast however. You can eat at any of the many restaurants located here...

I understand completely about coffee and I'm so happy we can accommodate for in room service. I am sorry you missed out on our breakfast. Most rates come with breakfast, but to accommodate for a lower rate some do not. We are very happy you choose to stay with us. Thank you for your comments.

Nothing like being stuck traveling with a cat and finding out the surprising truth that "pets allowed" really just means "dogs allowed..." Finally making it to Twin Falls after 10 hours of driving, with a Uhaul and an angry cat, our hotel let us know that we wouldn't be able to stay there despite booking a pet friendly room weeks...

I'm so happy we could make your trip more comfortable. We do love our furry friends here. We have plans for some future up grades for floors, beds, and amenities this year. So if you pass through later this year you should come see our changes. We are so happy you choose us for your stay and we thank you...

The people were all VERY nice and helpful, but it was NOT clean. Hair on the bathroom floor, 1/2 empty bottle left in refrigerator, old guests shampoo and conditioner left on the tub and the room reeked of smoke.

This chain has been more disappointing with each night stay. I like the Elko, NV and Boise, ID location. Twin Falls and Pocatello are out of date with their decor and the repairs to facility are obviously poorly done.

I am so sorry you felt this way about our property. We have all been scheduled for updates. I know that Boise has already started theirs. We are to start our property in the next couple of months. Hopefully you will be able to come back after our changes so you can see that the quality hasn't changed. Thank you...
