Absolutely shocking site. By far the worse site I have ever stayed on! No entertainment on at all nothing on the site. The shop weren’t even open. Every disappointed of the caravan owner who didn’t even let us know there was nothing on. Will definitely not be returning here ever again just stick to haven sites in future not these terrible family run sites waste of money just reminds me of a caravan site that’s local to where I live where you would just pop down on a weekend.

Despite our caravan and owner being lovely and so helpful we we were very very disappointed to find the bar on site is NOT dog friendly despite the park being so. No food was being served mid week only weekends what good is that when there are mon-fri holidays being sold, so why when no food were dogs not allowed in , the days were sunny and hot but the evenings quite cold and were told to sit outside because of the dog.. so we went twice and shivered outside so only stayed for 1.. I did not want to cook and intended eating every night in the club house but ,No , food not served mid week, sort of ruined a holiday we were looking forward too after all this Covid.Very disappointing indeed and not happy at all , RESPONSE REQUIRED PLEASE

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. With us having the two venues between the sister parks; throughout the low season food service is sometimes only offered in one venue- so Jakes Bar is still serving it's full menu. The venues are open to families & serving food and drink which is why both venues have a designated outdoor area so those guests who do decide to bring their dog can be accommodated. We are sorry you felt disappointed with your visit on this occasion, but we thank you for your feedback.

We stayed here last year and enjoyed our holiday, we booked again this year. The site is lovely and clean. The club house is a bit small for the site, you had to go early at the weekend for a seat. The fish and chip shop was excellent, I would recommend it.

stayed for 4 nites 2nd week september, caravan perfect, great spot, the clubhouse staff did not make you welcome at all as soon as we walked in they were telling you they were closing at 9 pm,security guy thought he was in a movie he threw a kid out and then told my mate he would ruin his stay if he got involved in the dispute, far better to walk over the road to ty mar and use their bar as we did, would not return ever.

Cant even give this place a 0. yellow Stain on the couch the floor was sticky spent 45 minutes cleaning the caravan which we got told was ready which obviously wasn't. The bed was so uncomfortable we slept on the couch but had to put sheets down . The clubhouse doesn't take cash when we rang reception to address this all we got was there is nothing we can change. Not a very good attitude. Do not go to the chippy on site it's awful. Couldn't be bothered complaining because there was nothing they could change . Top tip dont go anywhere on site avoid of If you can. There is a lovely cafe afew hundred yards away called the butterfly cafe. And lovely places to eat further down . And Llandudno is only a hour on bus. Will not be going this caravan park again.

Stayed in caravan number 539 for 2 years running and I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The caravan was absolutely stunning both times and was updated in between those visits even though it was perfectly fine. A lot of time and money spent on the caravan and we have booked up already for next year too. The people who own/run the van are lovely to deal with and never have had a problem with anything whatsoever. Amazing holiday would 100% recommend to anyone with a family
