Great reasonable place to stay. Very clean. Excellent service. Cameille was more than helpful. She was bubbly and full of suggestions on information we requested. Free parking a big plus. But without a car restaurants and other things to do not too close.

Second time staying here. Nice rooms; Very friendly service; Convenient and quiet; Enjoy the gym; Very affordable for Chicago. Did not eat at the hotel this time, but have on previous visit. I plan on staying here again on my next visit to Chicago

Chicago South Loop Hotel does provide one free parking spot per guest room, it is on a first come first serve availability and you do need to get a parking pass at the front desk with your car's license plate number, car make and model. Also, we have 2 parking lots, the west parking lot has bigger parking spots, if you are driving a big vehicle I would recommend parking on that lot.
