Based on experience at other Fairmont location I tried the Chicago location. The position is excellent: all major attractions are near by and the view on Millennium Park is wonderful (especially at sunrise and sunset). But wifi connection didn't work, the lobby is a little outdated and, most importantly, service is very slow. You cannot have breakfast in less than...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 4 January 2017

Visited this hotel for a birthday weekend and it was perfect. It is across the street from Millennium Park, walking distance to the pier, main shopping area and the Chicago River. The hotel room was a good size for a inner city hotel, with all the Fairmont amenities. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We found an amazing last-minute deal online for a weekend stay at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park. We stayed for three nights. First the PROS: - Awesome location. Very close to Millennium Park, and within walking distance of many sights, restaurants, cafes, etc. - We did not have much interaction with the staff, but when we did see staff they...

My wife and I went to stay for one night and enjoy downtown Chicago. While parking was expensive, the treatment we received, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the quality of accommodations were beyond our wildest expectations. We had a lovely view, the room was spacious, lean and felt relaxing and welcoming. The bed was beyond comfortable. What really stood...

Stayed here for a conference. No issues at all with the hotel. Food was fine. Staff was accommodating. Loved that it was so centrally located. I had to leave my meetings to run some errands and everything was so close I was able to walk! Would stay here again.

While my husband and I are quite familiar with the Fairmont brand, and have stayed in many of these hotels - this Fairmont was a less then stellar experience. Yes it is convientantly located near convention center, art museum, and the downtown. The real issue was more of wear and tear, usage, and amenities. The moderate sized room was definitely...

The hotel is average, nothing really makes it stand out like other Fairmont properties. We stayed with the Gold package which in my eyes was very much worth it. It was great to go into the Gold Lounge for breakfast and not have to deal with the crowds n the main restaurant. Rooms are a bit worn out and the...

*Business Hotel rather than historic hotel *Tips to everyone, including the front desk, are always a good idea *Great Location *Excellent Service *GPS does not take into account the subterranean streets, so beware. Best approach by car is N. Michigan to Randolph to Columbus. Very easy to get lost following GPS. I visited the Fairmont Millennium Park for a two-day,...

Recently stayed here during a business trip. I don't know about the standard rooms but the suites are definitely worth the price of admission! The view from the 18th floor was a welcome start to my day and even more stunning at night. I did not dine in the hotel while there but the underground pedway gives you easy access...

Loved this hotel and its location. It was easy to get around, but was still a super quiet place to stay. The rooms were nice, but not spectacular but they allowed pets to stay which was perfect for our french bulldog.
