It was very disorganized when checking in. The hotel was under construction so a bit of a mess with parts of hotel still out dated. It took an hour and a half for the valet to bring me my car which is un executable! Great location though.

Despite construction & remodeling we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location on corner of 11th & Michigan that leads to everything in Chicago. Friendly staff. No refrigerator or microwave in room but didn't need. Cheap & comfortable. Would stay there again.

According to booking.com, this hotel had just finished the lobby renovation and outdoor pool was under one. Actually the entire building was under remodeling! It was covered with plastic sheets and windows were either covered and/or too dusty to see through even. Rooms had warnings about the noise, but this was not mentioned on the original description online at all!...

We went there for 2 days. Cheap hotel near downtown Chicago. Really good place if you don't want to paid too much and be able to walk to downtown. In construction when we were there but didn't impact our stay. Free Wi-Fi and employees are nice.

The Grant Park has a great location with easy access to the magnificent mile. Loads of fabulous eateries in the near vicinity. The problem however is the property is undergoing a major remodel both inside and outside. Construction debris and jackhammer noise are but a few of the inconveniences . This said the hotel staff was GREAT in trying to...

If you like paying for your cloths to be washed/cleanes this is your hotel. There was no fridge or microwave. And the fitness center was under construction. I dont know what kind of caveman wants that type of a room for more than a night.

Love the location. Like bathroom updates. Guest next door repeatedly slept through alarm. I had the bang on wall. I was looking forward to sleeping in that day because I was alone away from my kids and had attend a party the night before. I don't know if more sound insulation can be added

Good location, near The Loop and just infront of Grant Park near Field Museum and Shedd aquarium, and at a 15-minute walk from Millenium Park and the Art Institute. The outside of hotel was under renovation when we stayed there, but didn't bother us much. Although apparently the inside has already undergone renovation, the reception, hallways and lifts still look...

The comfort of the room, the bed, the bathroom, the TV and the tranquility during the night. The cafeteria also is very nice. The personnel of receipt, doormen and cleanliness very nice. The location is gorgeous also, with the Park face and the Lakefront to a walk, in Chicago's Downtown.

There are renovations going outside the business and the outdoor pool was not in operation but winter is upon us So I did not need to use it. I did not feel well when I got there so I did not wander around the hotel. I has a great nights sleep.
