Why does the description specifically say that this place is located in "one of Chicago's most desirable locations, Roscoe Village" WHEN ITS NOT?! They might make it more clear BEFORE booking that the "Lincoln Park room" is actually located in * Lincoln Park and not just cutely named after another Chicago neighborhood. Not to mention that this place is impossible...

Not only did I try to call this location about 5 separate times to pay their $100 cleaning fee to not get a response even after leaving voicemails, they weren't there when we arrived! The building was locked, no one was available to let us in! If I could rate it as less than a 1, I would!

I'm sorry you had this experience. I spoke to Expedia days ago and asked them to reach out to you. I'm not sure what phone number you were calling but we did not receive any messages. The only point of contact you left for us was your work phone number and when tried, I was told you were not there....

We recently rented a 3BR unit here over the Christmas holidays. It was nicely (and recently) remodeled. Everything was in nice shape. It had 3 smallish BR each with a double-bed and 2 baths. Full-size kitchen - with full-size appliances. Plenty of glassware, plates and flatware. There was lots of hot water for showering. It was a nice place and...

We stayed at Roscoe Village Guesthouse #3, which was very nicely updated and the beds were super comfortable. But this guesthouse had several issues that would make me think twice before booking this again. The heating unit blasts hot air even though we set it down to 64 degrees. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The sink in...

The apartment in Old Town was perfect. Very clean and updated. Felt like I was at home. The place had all of what you need for a 2 night stay or a one month stay. Perfect location to transportation and night life. Everything in walking distance. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Very professional and made my experience fabulous. I...

My daughter and I recently stayed here for the Cubs Wrigley World Series. Now the accommodations were very nice but we had two issues that were so troubling that I am only able to give this a two-star review. The problems were: We had booked through a third party which gave us a receipt but no further instructions. We had...

10 reviews 5.0 star rating 10/31/2016 We stayed at 2104 W. Roscoe, the penthouse (3rd floor) unit for 4 days in late October 2016. As for booking and check-in, the process was extremely smooth. We booked by going to their website and made contact directly (didn't use booking.com, etc.). The website and descriptions were accurate, and the process seamless. When...

Rating: 4.5 stars Location being rated: Lincoln Park neighbourhood, unit 1R Chicago is a great, but expensive city when it comes to hotels in the downtown core. Driving/traffic can be a pain, taking upwards of 20 minutes to get downtown from the surrounding neighbourhoods. We didn't want to spend $300+ per night on accommodations, so when we came across Roscoe...
