My wife and I visited this establishment on a weekend to see our kids. The convenience is great very close to the Quincy exit on the Orange line we took in from midway airport about a 25 minute ride. Close to many restaurants and activities in the city the rooms were very clean and the service at the front desk...

Rooms are small, but very stylish and clean, and affordable. The location is convenient to theaters, trains, and restaurants, North Michigan Ave is a short twenty minute walk away. Service was excellent, appreciated the complimentary water bottles and supply of cold water. Also has an exercise room, a Starbucks right next door, and a restaurant (that was closed for renovation...

My dad and I got off of Amtrak and walked to the hotel. It was 4 or 5 blocks or so, not bad at all. The staff checked us in early (thank you!) and gave us deals on Big Bus Tours and Willis Tower (Skydeck). I felt very secure there since you need a room key to go higher than...

I booked this hotel through Expedia for one night. I paid a high price thinking that it's a nice 4 star hotel! Upon entry the lobby is nice and welcoming. We got into the room I was shocked! The room and bathroom were so small! Worst of all I went in the bathroom and there was toilet paper in the...

Girls getaway with a friend and found this gem on booking.com at a very reasonable price. Close to lots of shopping on State. We choose to self park for a lower rate than hotel valet and it was a short block or two away. The water bottle station was handy right off the elevator. We actually were able to change...

A friend and I met in Chicago for a girls weekend and we needed something relatively cheap and in a great location - this place was great! Excellent location and really close to all the major attractions and subway stations. The room was perfect as we didn't need much room because we were only sleeping in there as we would...

Better than expected. Not the quietest, not the largest. But smartly designed and conveniently located. Gym and louge are fine. Computers and printers are freely available downstairs. Being renovated. Took a while to check in. But satisfied.

Stayed 2 nights while in town to see Hamilton. Staff were very friendly and rooms perfectly adequate for our purposes. The location is what really sells this hotel: just a few blocks from Cloud Gate, Millennium Park, and the Art Institute. Somewhat smallish on the 6th floor room but expected due to age of hotel. Mattress was extra firm but...

The staff was absolutely amazing! The one bed room was a bit small, but has everything you need. Could not have been happier. Will definitely be staying here next year during C2E2. The view from my 10th floor room was great!
