I've stayed here a few times and it has always been a good experience. The location is great for museums, CSO, and theatres. There's also a great vegan restaurant (Native Foods) around the corner! On my last visit I was especially impressed by the service. There were no empty water bottles on my floor so I went down to the...

I'm a frequent traveler and stay at this Club Quarters regularly. The hotel is in a nice location and have adequate amenities. However, for a frequent traveler, they are not very accommodating. Any change to the dates and you will be charged. Other hotel chains would be willing to waive fees for last minute travel plan cancellation or changes but...

I just came back from my trip with my boyfriend and we booked it because of the price. I wish we would have spent the extra $20 to go someplace else! First of all the rooms are tiny as well as the bathrooms. The shower curtain did not do anything and water leaked all over the floor. The room was...

I booked this place because its a couple blocks from office, price was so good I was afraid it was going to be scary. Forget that, the place is excellent, great location, confortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast service. I loved the "help yourself to clean water" dispenser near elevators. All Hotels should do this!

This hotel is in downtown Chicago, quite close to the lake, the railway station and in easy walking distance of buses, the L-train and the Metro. It is easy to walk to the Millenium park, Wills tower and the Art Institute. This is a hotel where there are screens where you can check in and out, and you get the...

I liked this hotel. If you've never stayed at a Club Quarters you may be surprised by the size of the room, but it has everything you need. Very efficient, they fit everything you need in about 200 sq. ft. The room is clean. My tv didn't work so I told the front desk and they fixed it right away....

We love staying at Club Quarters as a couple. The room is the right size for 2 people who are interested in exploring the city and the location is fantastic! We also love that they have water bottle refill stations- great to stay hydrated! We were very happy, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I actually cancelled a different reservation...

Thank you, CQ! We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was great and the bed comfy. We loved the view from our room as well. For those who are complaining about the size of the rooms, you are silly. It's a place to sleep - not a ballroom. The hotel is so close to everything. Thanks again to the...

We were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly young lady who helped us check in. The room is small and does lack a refrigerator plus what they call a queen sized mattress is really a full sized mattress which was extremely comfortable. The A/C was one of the best I've seen in a hotel as we were able to...

Customer service was great at this hotel located in the heart of shopping and business. However, our room had a queen size bed in it and the room was minimally manageable. Not a great hotel if you like to spend any time in your room. Due to size of room, had to look for where all the amenities might be...
