Superb hotel. Very very comfortable beds and pillows.
The only thing I can find fault with is the noisy fan on the air conditioner.

Great stay, I was there for just one night in between a hectic schedule and I had the best sleep in a long time!! The bed was divine and I was almost ready to miss my flight for some extra sleep :P !!!

You have a lot of options to get to our hotel from O'Hare airport, below are the details:
- Contact our Concierge team for information on booking a private car, you can reach them at (312) 324-4000
- The cost for a Taxi / Uber car will range from $35-$60 depending on traffic / surcharge. It will take you between 45 mins to 1hr 15 mins to get to the hotel, again, depending on traffic
- Public transportation is easy enough, and only $5 per person. At O'Hare airport take the Blue line and get off at Jackson. Change for the red line, direction Howard, and get off at the Chicago stop. From the train stop, it is only a 2 blocks walk. If you are travelling with several pieces of luggage and do not want to change train, you can take the Blue line and get off at Clark and Lake. You will then catch a Taxi / Uber car from there, and it will be about $10 from the train station to the hotel.
