This place has definitely seen better days and is in desperate need of updating. It started the moment I walked into the room and tried to put some bottled water in the mini-fridge. When I opened the door to the cabinet that usually houses it, I realize it had been crudely ripped out. No big deal, the ice machine was...

My daughters and I have a longstanding tradition of weekend getaways to my favorite destination city! One weekend, we stayed at Hard Rock Hotel and LOVED IT! From the plethora of artwork and memorabilia of famous rockers on each floor to the spacious room and stunning view - it was a dream weekend. The bathtub (strategically placed by a picture...

Staff was nice, concierge was helpful, good location, and easily accessible to anywhere in town by taxi or foot. Hotel bar seemed like it was sub let to another restaurant. I would stay there again, but only if I got a good price.

I stayed at this hotel in 2006 and really liked it. Today, the hotel is showing a lot of wear with a lot of the details being overlooked. Good: The service was good with quick check in and an upgrade to a higher floor and bigger room. The location is fantastic The Breakfast (Frosted Flake French Toast) at Chuck's was...

This hotel location is on the Michican Avenue where the most of the shops are. Room was really big with two king size beds and nice decorate with the Rock legens. Only thing what I was missing is breakfast, but you can easily find the good restaurants near the hotel

Poor lighting in the bathroom as well. iPad in room was dead due to a junk charger that it was attached to. No fridge in room unless you request...

Nice hotel. Big and clean room. Close to Millennium Park and main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful and the surroundings are very pleasant. Few blocks from the metro station that takes directly to the airport.

Although the themed floors with iconic memorabilia were nice the room left something to desire.1/2 Lights in restroom didn't work, shower pressure stunk, and elevator left me having to use the stair. Thank G the doors opened ( stayed opened) & I was able to use the stairs and did not get stuck in the elevator with doors closed.

The Hard Rock Hotel in Chicago is impressive. It's located in the Carbone and Carbide building at Michigan Avenue. The location is just perfect for a citytrip! Within a walk of 5 minutes, you'll find the Millennium park, multiple stores, the riverwalk, restaurants, bars ect. There is a "L"-Station about 6-7 minutes from the hotel. The reception is very friendly...

I had some work in the German Consulate which is just a walking distance from this hotel and my son and a friend also joined. This is a coll place for Rock lovers and others too. The best part is that you can rent an electric guitar for free in your room during the duration of your stay and they...
