Amazing city; great Inn; friendly people!
My boyfriend and I were in Chicago to see U2 / Lumineers for my birthday; loved every minute!
The Carlton Inn Midway was easy to find; room was clean and the surrounding area quiet.

The motel was definitely pricey (but it is Chicago!) and the room was small. But it has everything you need, and was surprisingly quiet given its busy location. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They even have a great hot breakfast and fantastic shuttle...More
Been there only for one night for a concert in town. The region around is very simple and you have a train station 2 blocks from the hotel which facilitates in case you want to go to downtown.

The Carlton Inn Midway certainly not a luxury hotel, but it's far from a dump - it was clean, safe, and comfortable. I stayed here for a concert at Soldier Field; it was a quick and easy drive to and from the stadium (I chose...More

We only took this place to be near to the highway thus getting us directly into mccormick place. During a congress you cannot afford hotels downtown.
Out of congresses you can stay everywhere for a decent rate.

I would say, _depending on distance_, I'm sure that they would send the shuttle. You would just need to call them when you arrive at the station. Best advice would also be to call them a few days before just to give them a heads-up. I believe the Midway shuttle takes priority, so you might just want to make sure there would be no conflicts. Again, _depending on distance_!!!! :-)
