We loved this place! So close to the shopping and Navy Pier! Great places to eat all around.
Cons: Missed having a fridge in the room and there was no coffee maker in the room. Coffee after 10:30 had to be ordered thru room service.

hotel recommended train and a short cab transfer, which I did on the arrival, but frankly it was too much hassle. Uber back to airport was a breeze at a fraction of the taxi cost!
